I HAVE RECEIVED A TOTAL LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND MAGNAVOX PRODUCTS NOR DEPEND ON THE SUPPORT OF CRAIG ELECTRONICS! On March 23, 2019 I purchased Magnavox MBH539 Shuffle Wireless earphones with Bluetooth. By April 5 they stopped working and would not hold the charge. As instructed, on April 10, I sent them with copy of receipt to Craig Electronics/Magnavox Support Team in Miami, Fl. for repair or replacement. I was told the warranty process takes 4 weeks. Hearing nothing after 7 weeks, I contacted Craig Electronics. John emailed that they were shipping them out that day & to see the attached FEDEX tracking #. Except that there was nothing attached. So another email was needed to get that number. On June 2, I received the sealed FEDEX box with a sealed replacement package of the same earbuds. Except that this package was empty. There was nothing in the Magnavox packaging; nothing in the FEDEX box; the outer box was completely sealed. Confounded with this unbelievable GHOSTLY experience, I contacted John at Craig Electronics - wondering if this was a joke! And I simply requested a refund for the product I purchased in good faith. John emailed that his boss opened an investigation on this case. On 7/4, I questioned where we were in this process. And I have not heard a word since. SO - DO NOT PURCHASE MAGNAVOX PRODUCTS! DO NOT RELY UPON CRAIG ELECTRONICS FOR SUPPORT OR REPAIR OF ANY SORT.
