Lexmark is by far the hardest company to contact, do business with or deal with in general. After many phone calls and internet hours trying to resolve my problem with my 901 inkjet printer, I was sent a partial shipment. I have cartridges to return and the instructions are impossible to understand.

I have been using a Lexmark X 5470 All-in-One for a number of years and have been TOTALLY DELIGHTED WITH IT -- no problems, no complaints. It copies and prints very well and, most important, the OCR capabilities is ABSOLUTELY ESSENTIAL in my work. However, I have now run into a major difficulty. After Microsoft automatically upgraded my OS to Window 10 (without asking) I find that the X 5470 doesn't work at all: no printing, no copying, no scanning and, worst of all, no OCP. Any help. direction, clues, whatever, would be greatly appreciated.

Note that I am not at all a real techie -- please keep it simple.

Do not buy a Lexmark printer and this you will have any type of customer support, i have been waiting on the technical number now for 1:25 min. this is border line ridiculous. i will be returning the printers purchased for our company and going with a different brand. Absolute Crap

I have just purchased brand new Lexmark black and color cartridges from Lexmark. Amazing that now the printer keeps telling me I have a cartridge error. Remove the paper from the cartridge. Really? I am so frustrated with this Lexmark printer I am ready to burn it. I bought new ink cartridges because it kept telling me there was an issue with the other ink cartridges. I went through 3 ink cartridges. I spent 2 hours on line with Dell trying to get the dang thing fixed. This is so frustrating I cant stand it. It will scan, but it wont print. And now I cant even copy anything. I will never get another Lexmark printer.

Hello, Good day. Corporate gmail mails from Scan to email on lexmark x656 device is delaying from 1 to 120 minutes ramdom to arrive to destination. Could anyone help me on determinate te cause of the incident? Thank you.

I had purchsed lexmark printer as it was easy to install cartridge ...at first it all worked fine and after 2 yrs had print head problem and got it solved and whenever I call and checked with them they said you have a 5 yr warranty on this printer and .I knew I had called them to set up the printer and registered with them five years ago and they said it is registered .I again called up twice to fix the same printhead problems and the answer was the same you have 5 yrs warranty .Last year when I called up for the same problem and they said the printer is discontinued and asked them if they can give me 10 percent off to buy to new printer and again the suggestion was let the printer stop working as you have 1 more yr warranty left .one fine day the printer does not print properly and white streaks on the pages with color missing I called them up and they are saying you had only 1 year of warranty and we cannot do anything about it .The customer service whom I spoke to is asking me did you refill the ink when I told him that it is genuine lexmark ink and he again he asked me how much did you buy for and where ? .......does it really concern them even when it is genuine lexmark cartridge ....they are now suggesting me that they will give me 10 percent off for buying printhead for the discontinued printer .....I think they need to train their CSR to speak and resolve problem and give accurate information for what needs to be done.Their supervisor is also suggesting me the same thing ......I can buy a new printer instead of buying printhead .They should have informed me that there was no warranty after 1 yr when I called them .They kept lying to me that I still have warranty whenever I called them .I will def post about lexmark wherever I can ...they thought the people speaking to them does not have neough knowledge

my lexmark MS510dn says no paper or low paper, it is full on paper. How can i fix this?

Lexmark has apparently decided it must charge the customer 75-80% of the cost of its device to have its techs provide support for a new unit they shipped in under warranty. The Tech told me point blank he knew how to fix my problem (which frankly is doubtful given that he did not even know how to navigate the device's menu), but would not help me if I did not pay $120 for a maintenance contract on a $150 printer. He never conducted the first troubleshooting process, only wanted to know what I had done and then immediately went into a sales pitch to sell the service contract. This after a previous call had decided to send me a new unit and instructed me to call for assistance in setting the replacement device up. It spent more time trying to explain the "deal" than ever trying to figure out what was wrong with their device. I cannot recommend them to anyone at this point.

You kept on giving instructions on line to resolve the issue but the problem was not resolved until you promised to contact me after giving me the Print Analysis Results. I have a Lexmark Pro205 All-In-One printer that I purchased from OfficeMax 1.5 years ago. I run a small business and use this printer along with two others, (HP & Cannon), quite often. I tend to use the Lexmark more because it is wireless and thus more convenient and the ink cartridges are less expensive than the other two printers. I recently started having issues printing in color with the Lexmark. It would not print yellow. I verified this by printing a test page. I first checked the ink levels of the cartridges and replaced the yellow cartridge just to be sure that the ink level was not the issue. I next performed a clean and deep clean of the print head but the printer still would not print yellow. I removed the print cartridges and print head, cleaned the contacts for the print head with an alcohol wipe, reassembled, printed a second test page and the result was the same; no yellow color printed out. I called Lexmark support and only waited a couple minutes before speaking with a representative. I explained what I had already done to troubleshoot the printer. The representative agreed with me that the print head was defective and sent me a new print head along with 3 new XL color cartridges and 1 new black XL cartridge via FedEx. I received the new parts from Lexmark within two days along with a prepaid postage label and clear instructions for returning the defective print head. I simply had to ship the defective parts back to Lexmark in the box I had received my new parts in. I installed the new print head and the new color cartridges and printed a third test page. This time the test page looked great, all colors are printing normally. I want to thank Lexmark for a wonderful support experience. I was very impressed with your high level of professionalism and expertise.

I have a Lexmark Pro901 model and it stopped printing on the paper. It goes through all the motions but no print on the paper. I did the deep cleaning and test page but still no print. What do you think is worng or how to fix.

I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER LEXMARK PRINTER AGAIN. I bought a Pinnacle Pro901 and have had nothing but repeated problems with this printer. I consider myself to be fairly skilled with computers and the like, but I have had nothing but problems with the wireless network. The 5 year warranty is all but a joke and in order for Lexmark to assist, these clowns want another $139 to get their product to work. I told them that I would spend the money on a new printer versus giving them one more dime.

We are trying to register a new Lexmark Pro715 A10 Color All-in-one Printer. Following the instructions on the disc it asks for the country but does not list USA. It gives a list of many other countries but does not allow us to enter USA We purchased a two year extended warranty at the Travis AFB Exchange and want to register it also. We see complaints by other consumers about the poor service from Lexmark. It does seem very difficult to contact you. Will try Technical support in the morning when you are supposed to be open.

I have a lexmark pinnacle pro 901 that is horrid! Daily it says it is not connected to my computer, sometimes 10 times a day I must shut down my computer and restart. Now even that does not work. So help me, never buy a Lexmark. I waste hours a day justy trying to print directions from mapquest. stinks big time

I have a lexmark x2670 and it keeps having me print the target page over and over. This started happening after I changed the black ink cartridge. It everntually worked for a day, and now it having me print the target page again. How do I stop this so that the printer will just print

Due to the advertised cheap ink, I am the owner of 2 Lexmark Pinnacle 901 models for my business. The printers worked great for about 6-8 months, then both of the print heads needed to be replaced. Frequent paper jams are a hassle as well as occasional other issues. That 5 year warranty that is stated right on the box is a hassle and is no longer worth my time.

Although the cheap ink might have equaled out the loss of a these printers I will never buy another Lexmark product again. Unless you've got a lot of patience, keep shopping. These printers are junk!

They are in the Phillipines, and are not generally able to offer you much more than basic trouble shooting.
They are also condescending, despite the fact that you are the customer.
