Do I Still Have A Balance? If So Why?

I just received an email asking me to participate in a 10 minute survey. I participated & at the end of the survey I was advised that I did not QUALIFY for the survey. I took the survey based on your solicitation. Your choice of words DO NOT QUALIFY is insulting. Perhaps I do not qualify to continue to be one of your customers. In fact, you now do not qualify to be one of my shopping choices. So long JTV!
,On 5/23/16 I returned a ring as a stone fell out. I do not want credit,a replacement would be fine. It was after the 30 days but feel you would honor this. It was a silver band with many white stones from the Titanic collection. I was not advised thatyou rec'd it.
I am 87 years old & a good customer of JTV.
I was ill and could not return it on the right date.
The Statement was in the PKg. It was a Mrs Websters ring.
