We are really frustrated and really angry. Now we been reciben calls for diferents companies asking if we want to put our house for shortsale because they said our house is in the foreclouse list. this bank doesnt care about his costumers.

I lived in an apartment in cambridge, new york 12816. over the past year and a half you had sent the landlord letters delivered by DHL. and also hung a paper on your door to contact you. So I did didn't get any answers. When I asked the landlord he said it was your mistake. On May 17,2011 my husband and me where served foreclosure papers hand delivered. He was told we were the only tenants in the building when all four apartments were rented. I have called your bank to give you info about the condition of the building, also his still trying to sell it with a short sale. Now the papers that were served came from your attorney and the supreme court of washington county new york. which gave him like 30 days to answer. It appears to me at this time either no one at your bank knows whats going on or neither does the law firm for you. a few weeks ago a man came from the bank who said he was an inspector and took pictures of the condition of the outside. such as the tarps on the roof, foundation falling in, the back apartment stairs falling in. we have moved but do not have everything out. your still have 2 apartments that are still being lived in apt.#1 and apt.#4. which apt. #4 roof leaked so bad if ruined a lot of his furniture. the slumlord still has the for sale sign out there. and the real estate agent still showing the upstairs apartment. if you would listen he took out a loan of over 138,000 did not fix only the one apt#3. the rest of them are so run down. it is a dump. also the wiring, no permits for any work he did there. He has it listed for 110,000 and you probably couldn't get over 50,000 or 60 thousand and that is the truth. the 9 years we lived there he did nothing to it.We will be taking him to court to try and recoup some of our money. why did you let him go 3 and half years paying not even 3 full mortgage payments. and then boom the tenants get the screw job from him.he took the coin operated washer and dryer out in june. now i was told he took out the electric stove from apt.#3. also in the first part of june a water disconnection came for 3 days later the water was going to be shut off. I finally had to have my doctor help me keep it on. and i guess it is still on. he loaded up the hall with furniture and when our lights were turned out so was the outside lights, the hall light and the hot water heater he was suppose to pay for. it was for apt1 and3. i think that if the tenant can prove there rent is always paid on time and every month you should be obligated to notify the tenants that he is in default in his mortgage and the building may go into foreclosure not the way it was done. We paid just us over 30,000 in 3 and a half years and he paid 3,100. that is really sickening. my husband and i are both disabled and have cancer and other medical problems. so the way this was done wasn't right. he should go to jail for a long time. also. in the foreclosure papers it states he was suppose to carry insurance in case someone didn't pay the rent he would have the money to pay the mortgage i guess that also applied if he said apartments were empty. well i think if you check into that you will see he was getting rent and insurance,i can't prove it. about 8 months ago or maybe a little longer a guy knocked on our door and asked if this was john watts my husband said no and gave his name . he was someone from an insurance company and wanted to know how many of the apartments were rented and filled and they have almost always been filled. and i find it odd that the server thought we were the only ones in the building. so if you want to keep getting screwed by this jerk ignore this message. my advice to you is to send someone out and have the entire inside and outside checked and pictures taken. and explain one thing to me cause i still call your branch and also the attorney and have been told several times to protect our interest tell me what does that mean.no one has explained that to me

OK, this issue pales in comparison to the others on here, but it is still frustrating. My company offers a Chase pay card (debit)for direct deposit, and I have a portion of my pay deposited to it. We use it to pay some bills, but mostly for day-to-day petty cash. I may be getting sent out of state soon for an undetermined period of time for a company project. We decide to order a second card, so we would both have access to this money while I was away. My company payroll website says that doing this is no problem, with a reasonable $5 fee. It also states that it must be ordered directly from Chase. Problem is, there is no where on the Chase pay card website to do this. I called the number on the card, no selection offered for this,or for a live person. I called the number for Chase that is on my company's web site, this number give a different set of options, but still nothing about ordering a second card, no option to speak to someone. The only way I can contact them is by sending a message through their website. There is a drop-down box of common questions, and ordering a second card is actually one of them. I have sent a message twice a week for 3 weeks, and have yet to get a response. If something so seemingly simple as requesting a second card is so complicated, I pray to God I never have an actual issue that needs addressed.

There you go again Ms. Miller, throwing your weight around. I sent my request to someone in Chase Bank that I thought could help with my problem; and after a very nice, understanding reply, they send me back to you! I have my industrial building with about $500,000-600,000 in equity up for sale. I have asked you to defer my monthly payment of around $5,000 per month for a few months till the building is sold . you , as the mortgage holder , will get your money plus interest and in doing so , will help a small business survive these tough times . But you sent the attached letter . I can not give you $9000 a month and I can not start in September. Unfortunately ABC did not read my complaint about Chase and specifically you, but there are others. I have said this before but will say it again, one more time. My building is up for sale at $1,300,000. I owe you under $800,000; since you are the mortgage holder (whether you agree with that decision to get it from Washington Mutual or not) you will get your money first, come hell or high water. Why don’t you answer my question when I ask "with this in mind, what is your problem?” Why don’t you help a small business that is trying to save 13-14 jobs and hopefully hire more? Your employer advertises that it basically loves small business. Is this helping small business? I am a mechanical engineer, not a finance guy, but you do not make sense. Chase has no risk involved in my proposal, none, zero. So why don’t you want to help? I just do not understand Chase Bank. As you will see, I am going to pursue this matter with your higher ups. By way of this letter, I will ask my US Senators and Congressmen to help me get an answer as to why are you trying to foreclose on my building when all you have to do is wait until October when I will be able to start paying you the monthly mortgage payment if the building has not been sold by then. As soon as it is sold you will get all your money, including for a few months of non payment on my part, plus interest. As per the attached letter, I put my building up for sale late 2009. The letter indicates that in 2009, $1,800,000 asking price was very reasonable. Two weeks ago, I told my new realtor that I will take $1,300,000. That is $500,000 below what it was two years ago, and $600,000 below 4 years ago. Don’t you have any feelings for what has happened to my small business which has also been clobbered by Chinese imports for the past 7 years? Or is this part of a scheme for Chase to get a building way below market? Are you instructed to do this? Luckily, and no thanks to any bank, U.S. manufactured products are becoming in demand again, and our customer base has already increased by 35 % just in the past month due to the fact that all our 49 products are manufactured in USA. We also supply several blind and handicap shops throughout America with our writing instrument components. They, in turn, assemble, package and sell the pens to their respective states and federal government. It’s a way for the disadvantaged people to feel good about themselves by going to work. I am sure they will also be appreciative of your hard nose attitude when they lose their jobs. So if you want to close another small manufacturing company, go ahead. I will just try to find out what your problem is with my proposal, not withstanding your dislike of it.

I went on-line to make a transfer and pay my mortgage from my bank account on the day the mortgage was due (a Saturday at 1:00 PM)... they always distribute my insurance escrow at the last minute / I pay my mortgage at the last minute ... I could not make the transfer because bank servers were being serviced (it continued all day long). I was not forwarned of this sevicing / down time before hand yet I was charged the late payment fee the next day. I contacted my lone officer the following Monday via e-mail for corrective measures. She was now five states away with the same bank and could not help. HOW MANY HOOPS DOES ONE HAVE TO JUMP THROUGH.
Today my 20% full, credit card with JP Morgan Chase which is and always has been current was denied twice for a purchase. I go on line to communicate with Chase and I end up on this obscure and disconnected site. And so I begin my rant which will continue until I feel some sence of gratification. God knows this company will never gratify me.

I work for a Circuit Court in the State of Wisconsin. The court determined that JPMorgan Chase Bank was entitled to surplus funds from a forclosed property that was sold at sheriff's sale. A copy of the court order was sent to JPMorgan Chase Bank along with the check. To date, 3 months after the check was issued, the check has not been cashed. I am trying to locate the check and determine why the check has not been cashed so that our office can properly dispose of the unclaimed funds. Today I spoke with 6 individuals that could not or would not assist me. It is impossible to deal with this company.

My credit score is over 800.My payment was due Independence Day week.During eight years we sent our check a week before the due date. This time they said that our payment was one day late. When I contacted them they, there was no way they could probe it, but they supposed it was because of the holiday. I requested the $25 late fee to be removed.(a)no exceptions although it was the first time in eight years, bank policy, (b)no supervisors available to discuss this matters (c)rude customer service (d) I closed the account, my policy

My wife and I divorced; we have four kids who now reside with me, their father. We live hundreds of miles from the nearest chase-morgan branch. Because of financial and educational circumstances, my kids (15-18yrs)had their accounts closed. However, I was not on the account, and thus, my kids had to make contact individually. After closing the accounts, two months later, JP morgan has not yet sent back the funds from their accounts. Getting hold of anyone at JP is a joke. I tried to resolve it today (16 june) but they would not speak with me after many attempts to contact them. Their system makes it difficult to speak with a live person, and when I asked to speak with a specialist, they refuse to discuss with me why my kids have not received their monies. If I was financially stable and wanted to invest, I would stay clear of this business. The reps are rude and not helpful at all. Besides, Who wants to bank with a group that is mostly automated. Bahhh!! Greg

THIS BANK IS A TOTAL JOKE! CHASE HAS A VERY SMART SOFTWARE AND PLAYS WITH THE PEOPLE'S BALANCE (SPECIALLY THOSE LIVING IN A PAYCHECK BY PAYCHECK BASIS) AND TRIES IN EVERY WAY TO SQUEEZE MONEY OUT OF YOU.....I MISS WASHINGTON MUTUAL....IT WAS SUCH A BETTER BANK.....AND NOW WE ARE STUCK WITH THIS CHASE THING....I WILL DEFINITELY CLOSE MY 4 ACCOUNTS WITH THIS BEAST AS SOON AS I GO BACK TO US.....THEY DO NOT DESERVE ANYBODY'S BUSINESS AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT IS A MESS (WITH OPERATORS ANSWERING SOMEWHERE IN INDIA OR ANY OTHER ASIAN COUNTRY)....REALLY SAD.....THEY SHOULD BE OUT OF BUSINESS WHEN THE CREDIT CRISIS HIT AND THEY SHOULD PAY FOR THE MISTAKES THAT THEY DID IN FIRST PLACE.....

By the way, the customer service representative (yes it is a joke)refused to give me an event number, a badge number, a direct line number, email me or fax me or anything to prove that I talked to her. All what she said rudly, everything is written on your account screen which I don't have access for.!!!!!
Bad banking

I received a letter from chase bank stating that they would close my 4 accounts within 2 weeks. I called chase at night. After waiting on line for ~10-15 minutes I got a customer representative who told me that she was calling a specialist to answer my question. She put me back on the queue. After waiting for another 10-15 minutes on line, I got a rude person that her answer was we are closing your accounts according to chase policy. Which policy !!! I asked. She wouldn't answer. I told her that I would accept it if she said I didn't know. I asked for supervisor and waited on the line again, but voila, no supervisor was available. She promised that somebody would call me on my cell phone. Of course, no one did. I went to another branch next day near my work. I asked her to close my accounts and I asked her why chase wanted to close my personal accounts. She said she didn't know. I closed my personal and business accounts and unfortunately for chase which lost not only a customer but a lot of money too ( I closed business accounts as well). No questions, I felt furiated for not having any reason to close my personal accounts while they send me coupons for $50 or $100 to open new accounts previously. Bye bye Chase. Bad banking.

I opened an account at Chase in Monteque NJ on a Friday and was unable to access information on Saturday. Ms. Brooke N.Bogach, personal banker was very rude and questioned me as though I was her child and didn't have the right to manage my money as I choose. I was not made aware of banking policies with respect to closing a Chase account and received nothing in writing regarding that, but was charged $ 25.00 for this"service'. Customer Service was horrible.

This company is a total joke. There customer service department is very unprofessional. If you every get laid off and are trying to get your money disbursed to you; they will give you every excuse in the world. Each CSR has a different excuse to why they can not start the disbursement papers. They never let you speak to a supervisor when you ask for one. I am try to get $180 dollars not $180,000.00.

Goodness....My turn. On 4-9-11 I opened a savings account online. I received a letter telling me to "follow these steps to complete my online application." I can't seem to find the Customer Center tab on Chase.com (as the letter states). How can I "Check My Application Status" if the Customer Center tab is nowhere to be found on the Chase.com page?????????

My dad died on 2-8-11 and I went in to your branch in Downey Ca., that I was on the account to aways be able to help my dad since he was legally blind and 93yrs. Asj;ay verofoed the account. I took the trust with me and my Brother to close the account and talk to Ashlay Droran and he said I was on the account and the trust and my brother was not needed I asked are you sure and he said yes. Have this form notorized and bring back 4-5-11. Next day 4-6-11 brought it back. Jennifer Hercules started and called your legal dept and they said it was the trust and they could not do anything until monday 4-11-11 even though I had the trust and all certificates needed with me, since I had just been to B of A which they were able to handle it at the Placentcia branch without any propblems in just a few minutes, yet your branch did not know how to handle it even with your head mgr. Especially when I was just going to close it. Your legal dept. said they had to find out what to do and what forms and could not tell me until monday (4-11-11)this is what Jefnnifer said. These are Trying times for me and I do not need to go to a bank three times which should only take me a few minutes. Please RESPOND as soon as posible for I do not have time or energy to do somthing that should be easy for a Bank that must go through this at least a couple of times. They also blamed why they couldn't do it because of the Washington change which they were wonderfull to my dad.Now I am sure I will have to get my brother again since we are both on the trust and it will be his second time for no reason,He will not be happy. Please have a class to teach you help what to do without having to wait 5 days for your legal dept to figure out what to do and which forms to use just to get a few more days interest.

DOES ANY HUMAN BODY WORKING FOR CHASE GIVE 2 FLYING FLIPS ABOUT A SINGLE MOTHER WITH 3 CHILDREN NEEDING HER MONEY TO SURVIVE!!!!!!!! BUT BECAUSE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE LADY WHO IS JUST WORKING ONLY TO MAKE A PAYCHECK DECIDES TO CANCEL MY CARD AFTER I TOLD HER PLAINLY TO DISREGARD EVERYTHING I WOULD SET UP DIRECT DEPOSIT THROUGH CHILD SUPPORT SERVICES SO I DIDN'T HAVE TO ASSOCIATE MYSELF WITH SELF-CENTERED PEOPLE LIKE HER. CONTRARY TO POPULAR BELIEF I HAVE 3 CHILDREN TO TAKE CARE OF SO SELF-CENTEREDNESS DOES NOT EXIST IN MY VOCABULARY. SO I GUESS I WILL GET AMERICAS VOTE ON A PENCIL PUSHER TO LAZY TO PUSH A BUTTON, A CEO THAT NEEDS A CLUE OR THREE CHILDREN WITH NO FOOD TO EAT OR HEAT TO KEEP THEM WARM............. MRS. I have been trying to straighten out a deposit for almost 2 months. One of my customers checks was deposited for $1000.00 more than it was written for - one of my other customer's checks was deposited for $1000.00 less. Chase was anxious to debit my account for the money until they realized they made a mistake an didn't take enough out of the second customers account. I cannot get a response from Gwendolyn Downs in the customer service department in Arlington TX. No phone number - email only. Since this is a very involved story that originated on a deposit in April 2010, I have wasted hundred of hours "telling and retelling my story" to dozens of different customer service reps. Now I have hit a dead end with Gwendolyn Downs and am not willing to start over again. I simply want to get this straightened out.

Banks take your money and are rude to boot. Customer service is not what any of them strive for. I've been with them for 20 years. Take Erica in Reynoldsburg for a bad example. Even my 18 year old son commented on how rude she was.

i have just had the worst customer service experience in my life trying to find out where my money was on my account. i have receipts that state that my money was received on the 13th and was to be credited to my acccount yet still none was on my account. as i asked to what was taking so long i was told the bank (chase) was closed on saturdays! well i was then told to "tough it out" and wait because it would take another 3-4 days to be processed. its good to see they care about their customers needs and are so quick to tell you when "you are wrong". i have receipts that state chase received my pay check on the 13th and double checked that to make sure it wasnt wrong. the way i see it is the company seems to think that they can do without us, the customer. so lets put that to the test! on tuesday i will be switching all accounts away from these people so i never have to deal with this kind of situation again. i implore all of you to do the same and i would like to tell anyone that plans on using this bank for any reason, simply to not do it. remember it is our money that makes this place stay in businesss so if all of us take our business elsewhere they will close. they need us even though they think they dont. dont contribute to their shady business practices and their absolute disregard for you, the customer because they seem to have forgotten how to tell the truth or be helpfull to anyone so far as i have seen. these are the practices that will eventually be the fall of this bank, god willing.
