I got a call from a person with a CALLER ID of "JP Morgan." When I answered, the man just asked for me, without identifying himself. This is a typical ruse used by scammers and telemarketers. I asked him to ID himself and he said he was from JP Morgan Chase and was contacting me about my investment account, wondering if I had any questions. I asked him a general question about the account and he immediately asked me for proof of my identity by givinng a credit card or debit card number. When I asked why he'd need that if he was calling about my investment account, he said it was for identification purposes. I hung up.

Upon looking up the number he called from, it was the JP Morgan number, but the way he handled the call (with the no immediate identification from him after I answered and then asking for credit/debit card numbers) just made him seem like a scammer. If this was a legit call, I think JP MOrgan needs to reconsider how their representatives present themselves.

My name is Darlene Wolfinbarger, and I'm the owner of DotCom Leasing LLC, Tulsa, OK. Farrin Morgan provided Progressive Insurance my checking account number to transfer funds out of DotCom Leasing's checking account to Progressive Insurance's bank account with JP Morgan Chase. A police report has been filed for this fraudulent activity and an on going investigation is taking place in Tulsa OK. I have the documents to show this fraudulent activity took place between Triad Bank Tulsa OK and JP Morgan Chase. However, I'm not sure which number I need to call to reach JP Morgan's fraudulent activity department for embezzlement. My cell phone number2. Please call me or email me.

The integrity is important for your employee at
work for JP Morgan's reputation. Your financial advisor shall not only just take the number of client (money) in not also take care your cliens' needs . My friend had bad experience with his financial advisor, May Miao. She doesn't seem capable to work professionally. She acted nice to my friend so thar he let her managing his account. But She did not do anything on his investment even though she said she would do when my friend requested to relocate his existing investment differently.
And he asked her to invest a large amount of cash to one os JPMorgan Fund. The cash still sit his saving account for couple months so far. And He asked her to invest his money, she told him that he doesn't know anything but just let her handle it.

I paid $470 non-refundable retainer to re-finance my home. After MONTHS of screwed up dealings, after I gave up and went somewhere else, they came back "denied" my request, based a "home equity loan" status, IE, they will NOT re-finance your home for anything but the original amount. Something they SHOULD have told me before taking my money!!! I am warning everyone against this borderline shady mis-representation.

I signed up to have my paychecks deposited on the Chase Paycard. I was assured that it could be used online and that I could pay bills with it. I was even told that my tax return could be deposited on it as well. At first everything was going smoothly and I was able to make online transactions. My tax return and my paychecks have continued to be deposited on the card without issue. Then suddenly I was not able to make any online transactions at all and my rent payment was denied. I called customer service which the site states that they are 24 hours but really there isn't anyone there that can do anything but answer the phone. At first they were blaming it on me, then the retailer but they stopped doing that when I proved that the problem was on their end, now they just kept telling me to call back. So I did and then they repeatedly tell me that they have "escalated the situation" and that I will hear from them in 24 to 48 hours. Meanwhile, I still cannot make any online transactions. It has now been four days and they have not bothered to contact me. Furthermore, when I call they are still telling me that the situation has been escalated and to call back again.

Been trying to get a modification from these people since March 2011 !!! Keep being told they need additional information and that the modification is in underwriting. Since then, they have foreclosed on my home !! We even have a lawyer involved and STILL NO MODIFICATION ! These people don't care about their customers one little bit ! I would NEVER recommend Chase to anyone !!

Dear Sir: Since I change my e-mail address, I have been unable to open my on- line account with Chase. The problem is that when you request, for security reason, I successfully give my User I.D. and my Password, the next step to get the Identification Code, I can´t get it and basically, because you may be sending that code to my old e-mail. Therefore, I would like to change my old e-mail to my present one: m.

Can you do that?

I feel very uncomfortable not being able to have access to my deposits and balance.

Thanks,

Edgardo Rothkegel Ortúzar

I live in Texas and someone in New York made a copy of my ATM debit card and withdrew almost 600 dollars from my account. I contact the customer service and they figured out someone had copied my card, reassured me it wasn't my fault and that they would send me a new card. The customer service rep was very nice in understanding. She told me it would take a day or 2 for the funds to be returned to me. I told her I was concerned about overdraft fees because my rent and car insurance where due. She put me on hold so she could contact the claim service and explain my situation. I probably on hold for no more than a minute. She transferred me to claims and I spoke with women there. She said it would take up to 4 hours for the funds to be returned. I check my account 20 minutes later and the funds were there. I I am highly impressed and thankful.

I have a mortgage with Chase and have tried UNSUCCESSFULLY for three years to work with Chase for a loan modification or refinance.
Customer Service is a laugh. No one is willing to even talk with you, much less provide any assistance.

I had an incredibly positive experience with a supervisor named Claudia today, I think she was somwhere in the Midwest . My card got hacked and it was a very frustrating experience but she made me feel very at ease and handled the situation quite professionally.

I am RE Agent and I represent a buyer who is getting their loan thru Chase, Felipe Zamorano. Chase representative promised to close this deal in two (2) weeks and it has been near 30 days and the loan docs have not been ordered yet. I do not recommend anyone using this above rep to do any loans and especially Chase. This is horrible.

Dear Chase,
I am a Real Estate Broker in the Port Huron Mi. area. I have been selling and listing properties since 1988. I have never ever had so many problems with a lender than I have encountered with your mortage dept. I am satified with the loan officer. In fact I feel badly that she has to deal with such an inferior structure when the application leaves her hands. You have great programs that are a blessing to the comsumer. You are a huge curse to me as an agent and to the seller waiting to close for 2-3 months.

Refinance nightmares: Began a refi on May 5th, 2012. Original documentation was dleivered fedex 2nd day. Our loan officer was Deborah Mullenix in the Columbus, Ohio branch of Chase Mortage.
All required documentation was delivered from us within two working days. After literally weeks and weeks of non-communication, I received a call from Deborah stating that they were very busy and that our loan was still in uderwriting. Three times since May 5th, they have asked for our complete checking and savings account statement.
Still nothing.. I have complained to the original load coordinator MichaelSnider who paid us a lot of lip service but here it is July 10th and still no refinance. We are now 5 days beyond our good faith extimate expriation date and interest rate lock. Does any one at JP Morgan chase give a hoot? We have been long time CHASE customers and I have never been so disappointed with a financial institution in my life.. DO NOT CHOSE JP MORGAN CHASE for a Mortgage!

Dear Chase and Whom Cares,

We are writing this letter to provide insight into the situation that occurs with our house mortgage, which was scheduled to close on June 1st. We are writing this letter on June 1st, when we are supposed to be happily signing papers to own our house, but instead are home sad to not be able to due to Chase’s continued mistakes.

In January of 2012 we were introduced to Patricia Yaffa, our loan officer at the Rye NY Branch by our private client representative Michelle Christie. We worked with Patricia to develop a plan to get a mortgage and allow an understanding that we were looking for a house. We obtained pre-approval early on, as our down payment to loan ratio was great.

On March 30th we signed a binder contract agreement to purchase a home in Ridgefield CT on April 16th. At this moment the process of mortgage paperwork began and we consolidated all our funds from many sources into Chase bank thinking it would be easier for Chase to complete a loan if they saw all the funds in their own bank. Chris Delbene was amazing in this process. (Note: That is a month and a half until closing day. The closing day was always June 1st and that information was well known to both Michelle, Chryl, and Patricia Yaffa.)

We signed all paperwork requested from Chase within 24 hours and many times had to sign things twice as Patricia “misplaced” papers. We were then assigned Chrylann Clark as an underwriter agent. We worked with her also to get any paperwork needed. We wrote strange letters to explain things like how Kristin is paid and why we live in certain places in the past, but we did it all very fast because we are organized business people.

Kristin went on vacation and I stayed behind to complete any required paperwork ensuring that nothing would go wrong during the month of May. Near the first month of May I contacted Michelle (my private client rep) and told her I had a bad feeling about the way Patricia Yaffa was handling the loan. I asked her to oversee the process and ensure everything is on track. I was ensured everything was great and ready to go for June 1st. I contacted Patricia at minimum twice a week checking on the loan and she said everything was great. She checked with Chyrl and she said everything was perfect and set for June 1st. So my wife and I, along with the sellers, and our attorneys all cleared our schedule for June 1st, taking days off from work and making sure we are ready for this important day.

We scheduled movers and family to come down for the weekend to celebrate the big day, as we are the first in our young line of family to purchase a house. Then on May 28th, Patricia hits us with a message that an issue has arisen about the “play ground” on the property. That the appraiser (Michael E Lerman #RCR.0001015) that appraised the house on April 16th, missed seeing the large play ground on the property and forgot to put it in the report. So we had to sign an amendment that said the play ground would be worth $0,which we did within two hours of being requested.

At this time I got really worried. We were “all set” for the June 1st closing and this happened. So I called Chase and my attorney called Chase and they feared the mortgage that began close to 2 months ago would not be completed by the closing day. 1 ½ months to complete a loan, and Patricia Yaffa could not complete it correctly.

We spoke with Anna, Ed Mayland, Carol Olivery, and Michelle Christie at Chase and all they could achieve in the end was “sorry”. So today, June 1st, we have to be embarrassed that the new community we are moving into, which the sellers are a large part of, now has to see us in this light. We also had to contact the movers and pay “delay fees” to delay the delivery. We had to cancel our attorney, seller’s attorney, and real-estate representative. We also had to tell our families the bad news and my 80 year old Grandma that looked forward to this moment her entire life. We both lost a day’s salary due to this “mistake” on Chase’s part.

We are HIGHLY disappointed in the bank that we have used for well over 10 years. A bank that placed us at their “private client” status because of the large amount of funds we shared with them. We are embarrassed in front of our new community, and sad to have to disappoint our families. Chase can never give back what was supposed to be one of the happiest days of our lives.

In conclusion, Chase had close to two months to get this mortgage for us and failed. We hope you reach out and attempt to make amends in any way you can. Short of buying our house for us, I don’t know if you can make up for it, but feel free to try.

A heartbroken family

I have the VERY unfortunate luck of having my mortgage AND my pension with J.P. Morgan/Chase! I had worked fro J.P. Morgan back in the 1970's and 1980's, and found that I was entitled to a small pension beginning in June 2012. I thought 'excellent!' All I have to do is sign a few forms in a packet I received in the mail. I had these notarized and send back to them via priority mail ( FEDEX was out of the question as it was being send to a Post office box in Delaware). The tracking number had said that my package had arrived at CHASE and was accepted. A week has gone by, and I called them to make sure that everything was in place, and they told me that they had never received my papers! WTF? I told them please check their incoming mail, and I was informed that I was calling customer service in India!! I asked to speak to their supervisor, and I was cut off! I tried calling several times, and each time I was spoken to in a rude manner. I said that overnight me the forms AGAIN, and I would DRIVE them to Delaware myself ( about 1000 miles!!), but they kept being rude to me and spoke 'down' to me! Has anyone else had this issue with these morons in regards to their pensions?
