Microsoft outlook at live hotmail has locked out my email by requiring I change my password. This was not my request and no reason was given. I have had my contact details changed since setting up this email with hot mail, hence I had no need to remember the password. Now l am locked out of my email address with no ability to reactivate it. Now comes the fun part and I am being facetious, I am overseas and require my email for communication. The support provided by Microsoft is nonexistent as I have not been able to get any help to provide a temporary password either by online services or by phone. This has impacted on a holiday we had been planning for years, so any immediate assistance would be appreciated.

I forgot my password I changed it a month or ago and I can't remember it could someone contact me at my phone I changed my phone numerous around the first of Sept my email is marketing.advertiseing.com you can contact me at l use my email for business and you have shut it down I need this fixed my old pass word when I first got the email please call me to get this fixed I have customers trying to email me and they keep getting a message saying there is not an email.CALl ralph henderson winfield ks

Well now I've called back a 2nd time and got some Mexican guy that really didn't want to be bothered with me and just acted all confused and really had no intention of helping me . My 1st phone call I got hung up on for no reason at all . I didn't use any bad language , I was polite . What's the deal? I guess your people figure the best way to help people is politely give them the good old brush off . Well thanks. I will definitely never waste my time on your customer service ever again. I know I don't matter ,and giving me the brush off sure isn't gonna matter to a monster company like Microsoft . By the way I just got treated I'm absolutely nothing to you people . This just sad ! And I leave you with PEACE LOVE AND ROCK N ROLL FOREVER!!!!

I've had no hotmail for last two days I call you people ,guy says I'm transferring you to technical support and I get hung up on , boy what a great way to treat your customers.

i want to have hotmail added to my Telikin desktop pc. i have tried a lot of places and I do not want to use it for a lot of messages.i have a windows page with attempted hotmail messages.this pc has a chrome browser and is linux.i tried other sites and 1 was a ripoff and another rejected my credit card because it had already been used on PAYPAL.THAT ELIMINATED BOTH ACCEPTABLE CARDS.

Why can't we just talk to a LIVE PERSON for a change. I haven't been able to access my email for a week. And my email is wrong.
Someone is using my account. At least i don't have to read JUNK MAIL.
How are you supposed to contact me

I am not recieving all my e mails. Ive been in ccontact with delta skymiles and they ha e tred to send me emails a.d ive tried to send to them neitber are going through. I also ha e not been getting reward alerts from Babies R Us and Kohls. These are the ones i know of. Not sure how many others I'm not getting. I hope this can be resolved.as soon as possible Tbank Yoh. I hope you get this

this is the 2nd time i have been unable to log into my e-mail it says my password was changed but i never changed it i filled out the form to get my account back and everytime it says i didn't give enough information which i know i did wish hotm,ail.com was back don't really like the new email system

I have been with Hotmail for a very long time. After it went to Outlook, it has been horrible!!! So much spam and junk coming through and blocking it does no good. I don't know why you had to change something that worked so well and now it is horrible. If I did not have my email with so many accounts, etc., I would go to gmail in a heart beat. Please go back to the original Hotmail!!!

I am a Canadian and I have been in Tamil Nadu, India since January 19, 2015. Since Jan 20th. I have been trying to get access to my Hotmail account without any success. I appear to going through a loop. My Hotmail account is When I try to login, I provide my other email account for you to send me the code, which I do and your office then sends me a code which I then try to use but it does not work. I do not think that I am doing anything wrong.So, can you please help me get access to my Hotmail account.

can not get into my email and tried several phone numbers for tech support and never gives an option to talk to a person, go through the option and it only hangs up on me. And when i go to the support online option it wants me to sign into my email..... I CAN NOT GET INTO MY EMAIL!!!!!!!!!!! So how does that help me!!!!!!!

I can't believe it, this is the 4th time trying to get my e-mails back (to recover my Account ) without any result just because some of theese e-mails are very important to me, I gave all my informations to recover my account, one of the questions was to provide the last 5 digits of my credit card , I've never provide any credit card number as a reference not even I carry a credit card when I opened my account with Microsoft (Hotmail) i'ts absurde to treat a member in this manner.

please help. we have been trying for a week to get into my email account but with no luck. there are two id verifications, the first being another email, which is fine and the second is a phone number but the code is not going to the phone ................ result being we are unable to access my email account

Pointless uz have just lost a 10+ year valued customer might as well delete i dont even want the account n e more due to the ridiculous nature of your security policies as well as trting to contact you via phone from australia. Goodbye gmail here i come......

Hotmail is an absolute joke, iv had an account with uz for at least 10 years and keep getting this crap verify your account every couple of years in which my number would have changed its doing my head in. Fix it or im gone...

Your customer service support is unreliable. I closed my old email address almost six months ago. Today everyone in my contacts got an email for the inactive account. I contacted your customer service department and all they could tell me is that they see the account as inactive and in order for me to get more information on how an inactive email address could be sending out emails six months after it had been cancelled I need to visit a website. SMH.....

Your site is impossible to navigate; having an issue with my hotmail email account and every time I go to contact tech support, there is nowhere to actually talk to someone (it just keeps sending me to the same page with no option) or leave an email...this is super frustrating.. makes me wonder why anyone wants to have you set up as email...I can't get anywhere on your site...I think it is not the best for customer service and therefore am thinking of not using you anymore...that is a sad testimony and unfortunately if one cannot get proper support then you need to re-think your company in that aspect. And what really upsets me is the fact that I wasted so much time advising my contacts of my new email and now have to waste/spend more time telling them not to use it, anymore. When I called your number, it just told me to go supportmsn.com, which, as I mentioned, doesn't help. I want to know why I can't forward to another email that I have for my Shaw account and then when I tried replying to your email, it didn't go through...sad, sad, sad
