hi hotmail persons i need my email fixed i cant fix my phone with out it ... my phone was hacked into & i setup my new phone with my fabrucker@hotmail. acc. tryed but yall said i dont give enough info. i have a app on my phone that is called lookout. well it did the job & stopped the hacker but also locked out my phone i hav anouther email [email protected] please help me fix this or i will hav to wipe my phone & not catch the butthead who did this !!! thank u so much my # is 8176552484 when i can get it turned back on.. thanks so much felicia brucker

I've had my account for many years and now I cannot get into it. Before that they were making me have texts faxed to my phone, and codes mailed to an alternate E-mail address. Now I'm locked out for 30 days. I've had it. I'm never EVER using hotmail again. I'm changing to Gmail. DONE!

Jesus hotmail, all i want is to play xbox, but no. I have to prove that the account from xbox 360 that i have transferred over to my new xbox one. It says it sent me an email. I go to check it. Now your telling me i have to verify my email? alright i verify it. now i have to do it again. So being the best thing in the world i cant change the email its sending the verification to. Its sending the verification to the email i am trying to verify...

I have been locked out of my hotmail for the next 30 days! I have tried to follow all of your directions however hotmail is still locking me out. This is my main source of contact with my sons school. How can I open my account prior to the 30 day lock out?

I am horrified my the customer service I have received ft hotmail. I have had my hotmail account for over 10 years and changed my password several times. I am having memory issues do I chose to leave my email on. Logged off by mistake and now hotmail says I hacking my own account. My deceased Dad's pictures are on there

They need to fix my account. forgive

you suck no one can get into there emails an no one gives a care.how do you expect people to respect this system when they cannot get any response from anyone.there are over a 1000 people who cant get into there hotmai account.i havnt used my account for two years and now I cant get back into it or even talk to anyone.anyone using Hotmail should go to gmail.there is no problems like this with them.if anyone has had any sucsess with this problem please let us know or email me at .im like all of you and have personal info and tons of pics that I would love to retrieve.i send white light and white love to all and god bless all.thank and good day..

I hate this account. How must I wait until December 18 to received I new code. Am no longer in america. I need to change this email. This was my number enail address. Dont kniw why they sell it to mictosoft words before i have no problem.

I continue to have the same alert despite the fact that I have just changed my password.
" Enter the AppleID password for (my email account). When I enter it, it rejects the password that I have just changed to.
I don't want to keep changing my password each time.

I have had the same email address since 1999 - Several times I have gone through the process of putting in a new secondary e-mail address -following all the instructions, but it keeps making me repeat the process again and again. It sends a message to the new secondary e-mail but then apparently can't complete the process. I've done this every month for most of this year. I don't want to get a reminder e-mail in 30 days time - I want this to stop..

ive been using my account for morethan a decade and i usually change my password for security reason then one time i tried to open it and cannot access anymore i so the additional option security question and i know my exact answer but the word doesnt go through for aome reason i didnt know.. kindlu help me with this as this email is very important for me

I moved to my Winter residence in AZ to find Hotmail thinks I am an imposter. I've tried all the prompts to get back and it doesn't work. Can't you just authorize the same user name and password that I use in NH?

I am sooo flipping frustrated. I've had my account for years and now I can't log on. It keeps asking me to put in my secondary email (which I DID!!!) and it wont even send a flipping access code!! Then i answer all of the damn questions it asks me to and its telling me that's not enough information. BULLCRAP!! I am so mad!! I receive all confirmations from payments to this account and now i can't access it. And it no damn help that i cant reach any type of customer service representative to help.

I have the email address for many years - I have followed all of your instructions explicitly NOTHING WORKS. At this point I want to delete the account and cannot get into it or find a human being to communicate with and/or even get an email through. The level of ineptitude and/or negligence in customer service in astounding.

Your security is getting ridiculous. I don't need it. It's extremely inconvenient. I know you don't care about me, but it's making it so I can't access my own email. I don't need that security! It's silly. I don't do anything through my email that warrants that level of security. And your sending security codes to a email I haven't had access to in years. and I cant change it. it wont let me. Very frustrating. Very Lame! Thanks for nothing!!!
