Hi I am a customer and had 9 of my personal items stolen by one of fred meyers employees. I have been shopping at this fred meyer several times a week for over 14 yrs and have never had any issues like today. I try to use at least 1 reusable shopping bag that I take in the store with me since you now charge for grocery bags and because of all the theft in this area I dont feel comfortable leaving my groceries in my car for long periods of time especially in your parking lot since I've already had my car broken into several times in this area and once in your parking lot so I ALWAYS ALWAYS just leave whatever groceries I previously bought from other stores in my bag when I shop since I only have 1 large reusable shopping bag to try and cut down on wasting and purchasing un-needed plastic grocery bags but today when I was checking out after I purchased my items from fred meyers your employee wanted me to scan my own personal items that I had already purchased from other stores or asked me to show my receipts and since I literally have over 500 receipts in my wallet (hopefully to aid in situations like this) did me no good since I sat there for over 20 minutes trying to find my receipts to show your employee already being late for work myself. After 20 minutes of this I had to leave and honestly didnt want to be chased out or tackled by one of your employees over something stupid like this so your employee literally got away with stealing 9 of my personal items, I dont know if they kept them for themself or threw them away and honestly don't care either way but the fact that I had 9 of my own personal items stolen by one of your employees is not right. I did not see this employee going through other customers purses or bags making them show receipts for personal items and stealing customers items if a receipts not provided, I'm not sure why I was targeted but I shouldn't have to come in naked to your store just to shop and not be robbed by your employees after being almost a daily customer for over 14 years. Your employees have no right to make customers show receipts for their personal items and then steal them from the customer if they cannot provide a receipt. Your store owes me $34.51 for my items that your employee stole from me. I hope other customers arent robbed like I was. Previously this same employee on a different shopping trip tried to get me to scan packaging supplies from the post office that I had just came from that were in my bag and werent even scannable because they were free. It seems like everytime this employee is working I am being harassed by them. Why is fred meyers allowing their employee to get away with this? There's ways to prevent theft at your store without allowing your employees to steal themselves if in fact that's what she was doing since I'm the one who ended up getting robbed. This employee is mascarading under the guise of theft prevention to allow them to help themself steal anything in customers bags or purses.

I Had The Worst Experience Of My Life Today At Fredmeyer. I Had Downloaded A Coupon For A Doollar Off Bacon Had A Terrible Time Even Finding It .so Checking Out My Receiptm Saw The Clerk Had Not Taken Off The Dollar .went To Customer Service Waited In Line Was Telling Clerk Name Rachel Who States She Is The Manager, I Have A Loud Voice So She Yells A Me When I Try To Explain And Says Show Me ,don't Have Smart Iphone It Is On Tablet. I Leave Then I Come Back Return Bacon ,omly A Dollar But Mond You I Probably Spend 5000 Dollars A Year At The Woodvillage Store In Oregon .may Not After Today

I never go to Fred Meyer's even though it is the closest store to our home. For the last many years, it doesn't matter what I purchase at Fred Meyer's, but when it rings up, it cost more than displayed. Consistently...
It doesn't matter if it's Broccoli or a Juicer, when you get to the cash register, it rings up more than what is displayed back at the items.
Of course I brought up a rug, PLAINLY DISPLAYED at $32.99...
That ring seven $49.99...
Of course...
I had to go get the supervisor which she had to get the area manager, which they had to call corporate headquarters while all this time I'm standing there ...
After I was given the rug for $32.99 nothing was changed...
They never typed into any computers, they never took down any signs...
So every person grabs one of those rugs is going to pay $49.89 and I'm sure that person isn't going to go through all the crap I did to save $17 bucks.
There hasn't been a time in the last few years I've been there where I wasn't overcharged for something...

I was in your store on October 7th at 9:30 pm at 400 s. Thor street. The restrooms were closed due to cleaning. So I showed both my card and doctors letter that gives me permission to use the employee bathroom under
RCW 70.54.400: Customers with medical conditions. I was told by several different employees that swormed in a group that under no circumstances were they going to let me go in the back to use the employees restroom. I also let them know that they are breaking the law by not allowing me to use it and could be fined or sued and two of the employees said that was fine they would gladly pay the fine or any penalties but they were not letting me use the employees restroom. Not only was a regular customer but I have been working as a instacart shopper for a couple years and I have never been treated this way by any other store employees. I was very humiliated as every one was starring at me I had to race to my vehicle get groceries in the car and than I had to pull to the back of the store where I could not be seen pull my pants down and clean up all the blood that was running down my legs.
Last year I was diagnosed with anal cancer and bc of this the treatments and surgeries as soon as I know I have to go I don't have much time to get to the restroom if I hold it back it compacts and starts tearing the inside of my anal skin and tissues. Because your employees refused me to use the employee restroom there is now a very good chance I will have to go through another very painful surgery ?

When we went shopping today we had some items the rang up at regular price instead of coupon price. When we went to the customer service desk, the line was backed up and we had no time to wait. They were coupon items that we paid full price. This is not the only time that this has occured. We are paying more for groceries than we have ever before. To add these additional charges mistakenly to our budget is totally unacceptable. You should either get on top of these issues and quit charging your customers unfair pricing intentionally.

I can't believe you are advertising that you have times set aside for senior citizens to shop. Patting your selves on the back. Your store in nampa,idaho let's everyone in at that time. I am 69 years old and was actually pushed out of the way so people could get in ahead of me and other seniors. SAD!

Kroger has owned Fred Meyer for a long time but is now running the show and the entire dynamics of the store has changed for the worse. Loved the old Fred Meyer!

I have shopped at Fred Meyer for over twenty years. Member of the rewards plus and have always recieved a holiday gift card as one of the perks. Last year they didn't send one so I called and the gentleman on the phone said our account qualified for a $50 holiday gift card so he put a courtesy $50 on our account. Great customer service last year. This year I figure I would be proactive so I called and asked if they were sending out the holiday gift cards. For some reason now if you call any 800 number for Fred Meyer it goes to some Vortex of hell for Kroger. I was transferred around multiple times because nobody knew what I was talking about. Finally one great person at Kroger who has great customer service searched and searched until she found an answer. She had to talk to a specialist which I guess is a supervisor which the supervisor acted like I was running some sort of scam but they ended up giving me a courtesy $25 on my account for my trouble. They even called the manager at the store that I always shop at in the manager didn't know what the holiday gift cards were. WHEN DID FRED MEYER STOP BEING FRED MEYER?

I recently shopped at Fred Myers in Meridian Idaho. As I always use my debit card for all my purchases at all stores, this day was no different. Imagine my surprise when I realized that I was charged a 50cent fee for getting cash back. Apparently this is a Kroeger policy. For a long period I did not shop with them due to other issues I have had with the store. This was the first time in several years I actually went back to give them another chance, silly me!! All debit is free everywhere else, and if you can imagine how much they make on this extra surcharge it is a staggering amount. I will not shop at the store anywhere, any place ever again. sincerely sandy.

When shopping at the Stadium Fred Meyer, I'm asked to round up the dollar amount spent as a contribution to Oregon Food Bank. It is a great way to get contributions, but I never see any information regarding the amount customers and/or Fred Meyer contributes to this worthy cause.

I am a federal contractor and travel around the US for my work. Yesterday I shopped at the Fred Meyer location at 6901 South 19th Street here in Tacoma, Washington.

I spent $51.00 in total, and one of the items was a pint of Simple Truth Birthday Cake ice cream. Later that evening I began to eat some of this ice cream and noticed how hard it was. I let it melt down for a couple of minutes, and then began eating it. I have eaten this flavor before and this tasted not very good. One thing I always do is check dates, however on this visit I just didn't even think about it. I ended up throwing the remaining ice cream down the sink and threw the container away. This morning, Sunday, I went to the trash can because I wanted to check the date on the container. The date reads 'Sell by Aug 06, 2019'. I purchased it on October 5, 2019. How is it possible that this has remained on the shelf for two months? People get sick from this stuff, and nobody is even taking care of this by rotating the product? How is THAT possible?

I contacted someone named Tammy at the store by telephone and explained this situation. She told me she would look into the situation and take care of it. I trust that will be done, however I don't trust that it is a serious enough issue that it will become a priority. I am contacting this office to let them know I will be contacting the manufacturer as well. This is totally unacceptable for a business that sells food to not be on top of.

I was in another location a few months ago and found that an entire brand of yogurt was completely out of date by months. A complete and entire brand was out of date by months? What the hell do stores think? Do they think that people will put up with this lack of quality control in their stores? People trust that products will be monitored and removed it open, leaking, or out of date. I wonder how many other Fred Meyer store managers aren't doing their jobs.

I paid $3.00 for this pint of ice cream, however I don't have the time to return to the store because my team and I will be leaving in a couple of days and we work twelve hour days. I would like for Fred Meyer to send me a refund for the product though. The item number is '1111002641'. The barcode on the receipt is '9102060570100201801910051617'.

I am happy to send images of the receipt and container, however I will be traveling this week so it may take a week or so to get that information to you. I will be throwing the container away, but I have images of the container and date stamp. I hope someone in your company will take this seriously because if someone were to get sick due to issues like this, it could get ugly. I don't sense any issues and don't expect to. Others might not be so lucky.

Big difference in stores at the coast and Salem attitudes. Salem is always out of dog treats at the gas island and always blames it on the store manager. The coast seems to have the attitude they are really glad to be working pumping gas and passing out a small treat.if I am going to spend my money it will be with someone who has the attitude they are really glad we decided to spend my money with them so they can continue to receive a pay check.

It is Sept 12th 2018. We were just at the Glisan Fred Meyer where we noticed several items on sale. We took advantage of some, however at 9 PM there was one check stand open and she was very busy. With my poor eyesight I cannot see the amounts being rung up. One item the Kroeger Root Beer was marked 59cents, I was charged 79cents plus 10 cent deposit. A bottle of POM juice I was charged a 10 cent deposit when the bottle clearly says, CA, CRV, ME, HI 5cent bottle deposit. There is absolutly NO mention of ANY Oregon deposit on the bottle. Talking with my brother, He tells me he saw on the news there is some sort of litigation against Fred Meyer for charging unsuspecting customers a bogus bottle deposit. It would certainly appear your store is still doing it. It makes one wonder if the sneaky overcharges are purposely done as it would certainly add to Your bottom line.

I have been verbally assaulted by a lady guard trying to deliver PO#22835704 @6:00am 7/2/2018 after she yelled at me about a supposed reflective stripe then she started yelling for my wife that was sitting in the truck to get her's on "right now" I had enough of dis respect and turned around and call the broker to get a supervisor to tell her to quit the assault and yelling. You need to send her for a UA ASAP. THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH HER. GENTRY

Hello....I shop at your Brookings Oregon store. While shopping the other day, I asked your clerk why it was you did not display an OLED TV...perhaps the expense, was the reply. I don't have a handle on your demographics the way management does, but surely we have a few who could afford one...even here in Brookings. Is it possible to look into putting one on display? I really don't necessarily want to go into one of your competitors for answers?!

When did Fred Meyers become lazy and not want to go out of their way to serve their customers I thought that they were all about quality service making people feel welcome and wanted to shop there I called to complain to the director at the U P Fred Meyers because I used to work there and I've got a different job now and people have been coming to me complaining about the service that they're receiving at the University Place Fred Meyers I was concern I talked to the director that she didn't seem like she was concerned about it at all but I just you know I represent Fred Meyers even if I don't work with you guys anymore I believe in quality service and I always thought that that's what Fred Meyers dead when to cut customers have to get their own carts and when cashiers don't understand that a person may not be able to lift as much as be considerate of the customer not of themselves be warm welcoming and be willing to go out of your way to serve these people fast or slow

Tried to reach Fred Meyer corporate office today. Dialed but got a recording which said I needed to dial a different number,in order to reach a department or specific person. However, when I dialed the 800 number, I received the same message. Dialing "0" is not an option.

I have a coupon that expires 12/11/16 for Simple Truth Dry Rubbed St. Louis Style Pork Spare Ribs. The meat department at Fred Meyer, Imbrie Drive, Hillsboro,OR said they had not received a supply of this product in order to provide this product. I can't understand why you send coupons and then don't provide the stores with the product. This is the 2nd time where recently I tried to use a coupon to buy a Buffet warming tray and the product was never sent to this Imbrie Drive location where I shop almost every week. My son travels near Scappoose, OR and was able to get me one at their store. I live in the country on a farm and don't like to waste time and money traveling to shop at other Fred Meyer locations.

Visited jewelry depth in Longview. We were greeted quickly. Our clerk, Ann, provided helpful and informative assistance to select a diamond ring for our 47th anniversary. The service and value will bring us back. Store . I completed an online survey but there was no opportunity to comment on our sales associate. We wanted to be sure she was recognized.

Your p.c. signs that hang from your ceiing are sad to see u have followed the trend of idiocracy. Im not happy at all along w many others to see your merry everything signs etc are the most sad display of christmas holiday let alone any holiday because it offends people. Everything in life is offensive to any govin individual ant any givin time. So buck up grow some balls mr. Meyers and take them down! Im not coming back until they r gone. Ill start to shop at safeway from now on! Not happy.
