I feel like a fool! I bragged about your products n recommended them! First time I have a problem I call n to asl for help I'm completely blown off! What a total disappointment! I thought I'd at least you know that your customer service is AWFUL! A company that treats its paying customers badly is not worth buying from! You can bet news travels fast when it comes to rotten customer service! I bought over $100 of your toys for our special needs daughter for Christmas. The Whirlygig spinners just do not stick. Tried everything but they won't stick. But I guess your company doesn't back it's product! Shame on you!
