My account has been suspended for over a week on FanDuel. I sent in the required documents and still no one will help me. I have tried multiple times to contact customer service and no one will come on live to help me. I filled a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and will just have to wait. Thanks FanDuel for nothing

I have been trying to get in my fanduel account for the last month now it is asking me for a six digit authenticator code I once had an app that generated me a code I no longer have that app to where it can generate me the code to get in my account so now when I go to login it asks me for a code that is not getting generated from anywhere so I am sitting not able to get in my account because I can't get in to find a key code to fit in another app so I can get a code generated I've been trying to reach someone for a month now no one responds back I try to send an email and it says my email address is invalid so I don't know what else to do I have money on my account and I can't even get in it and I can't get a hold of anyone and it's super frustrating can someone please help me out I'm begging you

I opened an account with these imbeciles on 5-9-2022 and funded it with $1000 in CASH at their local live sportsbook.
I never made a wager yet, but yesterday I received an email saying due to "unusual activity," They were suspending my account. While they investigated............investigated WHAT? I never made a wager or attempted to make a wager.
I told them to close my account and send me my $1000 back.. They have refused to respond to any of my emails.
Next stop.......Illinois Gaming Boards. Stay away from these people. You will be glad you did.

This is ridiculous.... Second time I had to change my password within a few days and it won't let me back in. Worst site ever. Lost my winnings from before and now. Want my money back. Worst customer support ever. Can't ever get a hold of anybody. Very frustrating. For sure sticking with draft kings!! I think this site is rigged. Can't imagine that some people who probably had thousands of dollars in winnings and probably lost it all because they got logged out and can't get back in. More feed back for those who are going through the same thing.....

You guys suck I can't get anything answered on live chat or anything else I can't talk to anybody at customer service on the phone just to get a couple questions answered make it easier for people to get ahold of you how many times do I have to go to live chat and nobody gets back to me how many more emails must I send my phone number I would like some sort of response or I'm done with FanDuel how dare you tell me what I can and cannot write you're the people making this difficult

Accounts been frozen for over 48 hours, been trying to reach Fanduel every since and no response whatsoever. Even went as far as tweeting at them (They tweeted back and asked for username and conflict #, but still no email) as they apparently can tweet all day but not answer any emails. Absolutely terrible experience with customer support and I've had the app downloaded on my phone for less then a week. Considering switching to Draft Kings.

Something has to be done about Thursday lineups going Into Sunday,If you guys can take the Monday night game out of the equation then we should also be able to switch out players on sun after the Thursday start.Today I'm stuck with Carlos Hyde 49ers and he was supposed to play Sunday?? I've had 3days from Thur to switch out Sunday players but I wasn't able to because the contest started.That's a rule that needs to be changed,All ffball is played that way it's even like that on draftkings.
