I have an account and last few weeks have not been able to get into beginner contests why? Also when I went into lobby on my account had difficulty contacting you had to google to get into this !Not happy

This is my lineup from last week was never carried over,when I realized that I could change it, i enetered one that was never received, somehow I got a lineup with scrubs. That's unacceptable to have a lineup entered with no starters. I was under the assumption that last weeks lineup was suppose to be a lineup that was carried over from week to week until the 5 week contest was over
Packers blocked a punt everyone who had the packers defense should of had two more points added. They paid out and everything with this error. I had the packers defense in 21 different cash games. I wrote 4 emails to thier support. Called in and got hung up on. This is an outrage. I really think time and effort trying to deal with this. Is worth 500 dollars per time you picked the packers defense to make it right for thier customers !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Gentlemen, and Ladies, Yesterday, I joined Fanduel. Being new to the site. And not in all honesty being completely comfortable as to how it works. I encountered two issues that I was unsure as to how tor resolve them. First, setting the limit as to funds being applied to my account and the frequency. I accidentally set a limit of $50 on a weekly basis for funds being applied to my account...which I did not want to do, When trying to reset limit to zero and pay at my discretion the site wouldn't let me reset. Secondly, I also accidentally put in 6 entries to the NFL/1:00 $2 contest with the same team lineup which again i did not want to do...only wanted the one lineup. When trying to delete the remaining entries, I must've inadvertently submitted them. At this time, I would like to respectfully ask to please reset my pay limit. And to issue my account a $9.00 credit for my inadvertent indiscretion. As again, I did not intend to have more than one entry in that particular contest. Thank You, for your time in this matter. I was logged out of my account it keeps saying check my password which I did and it still wasn't working so I hit forgot password and put in my email it stated a temp password was sent but I haven't received anything so I've tried 3 more time's! I've even updated your app! Idk why but nothing is working i need assistance to get into my account!

yes i enterd the nfl beginner mini snap (top 150) and got my line up and it say your line up live and gives the time that it starts and says i have 1100 salary remaining but to today when i went to the web site to check it it says that i have no enterys well it did when you took my money so whats up?
