I've never made a longer or bigger circle than ea "customer" service put me in. Wanna know what my profile did to get banned only from madden, but I've got to become a professional detective and question this person this person, yet no one has a answer just more people to talk to until your so frustrated that you resort to leaving a comment a paragraph long about how horrible ea service is. I'm 2k now and everything is nice and smooth.

I have been trying for a week to get the last DT John Randal position collectable for my set when thumbing through the mass of other collectables accidentally purchased a marshall faulk HB position collectable which I did not want or need I had to pay 30000 for it and it still is in the collect box which I have not collected. Can I be re embersed for the mistake. I also have not been able for the longest time to find the john randal DT position collectable not available Iwas even trying to buy the john randal collectable but it keeps going higher please help thank you

I would like to know why I can't play as ray rice on madden but I can see Greg Hardy is available. I have no problem with rice being unavailable, I do think it's ridiculous that Greg Hardy is in the game however. Ray rice is eligible to play in the NFL and could be a free agent. I think you could send a huge message and take Hardy off of the game with a new roster update.

The game i am playing is fifa 15 on my mobile phone. I have spent over 200 dollars on fifa cash to buy packs and have not been able to get a special or even a n elite player. To me this is fraud because i work hard for my money and to spend that type of real cash and not get anything worth it is fraud. I would like to my money refunded or players added to my account!

Why is it so difficult to get any actual help from a live body? I am trying to get Madden 16 to play but it stuck on loading rosters and won't move. I can't speak to anyone and the website doesn't give you the option to get any help. I tried to submit my issue but it is taking me to another EA website with possible answers. I don't want another damn website I want some to actually pick up a phone and diagnose the problem. Is that too much to ask after I spend my hard earned money on your game?

Idk if this is getting to someone important but you guys rushed this Madden 16, its to much glinching and extra excess of crap, guys fall for none, the clock chews time after the 2 minute warning that's ridiculous. Im very disappointed as a Madden fan of the rushed and unfinished product you guys delivered this time, be great if i can get a call from the producers or sum honestly need sum explanations

My issue pertains to the game Simpsons: Tapped Out, which I have always played on my Apple iPad. The game play is set up so that players invariably accidentally redeem their doughnuts to speed up' game play, because the redemption button suddenly appears right where one is tapping (per the name of the game) in the course of customary play.
So it's inevitable that players waste their money on doughnuts and waste their doughnuts by redeeming them accidentally. However that's not what happened to me in this case. It has happened to me in the past, and I've wasted plenty of money and doughnuts that way, but this is much worse:
About a week ago I was playing the game and accidentally clicked an hurry action' redemption. I managed to click cancel' fast enough to cancel the action and a chair never appeared '“ but the game still took my 12 Doughnuts nevertheless!
So now, shy 12 doughnuts and mildly annoyed, I decide to reach out to EA to remedy the situation. I logged onto their chat option and went back and forth with the guy. When he asked me for my game's mayhem number I warned him that looking it up on an iPad would likely disconnect us, and of course it did! So I logged back into the chat room. Another rep went through the same process with me again, then that second chat got disconnected too.
The third chat rep couldn't understand the problem. In spite of explaining it very clearly, he represented it to his specialist colleagues inaccurately, telling them that I had accidentally redeemed the doughnuts for something in the game. When I endeavored to rectify his misunderstanding, he basically implied that I was lying, and kept asking me to look in my game to find the item that I got in return for the missing doughnuts. I eventually gave up.
Just now, I picked up the game again, and it inspired me to reach out to EA again. This time I used the phone service and had one of their reps call me. I just got off the phone with him.
We went through the problem and this time I kept it simple so there wouldn't be any room for confusion. I just said that doughnuts went missing and got him to request a specialist. However, this time, before we connected with the Specialist he warned me that if the specialist investigated my account and couldn't find the missing doughnuts that they would restrict me from using the game altogether!
Of course if it's a choice between getting ripped off by a company that treats its customers poorly, and not being able to play a game I enjoy, I'll opt to hate the company and still play the game. Rest assured, I'll never buy any doughnuts or a raffle ticket in the game ever again! Furthermore, EA wastes time with terrible Customer Care reps. They barely speak English, and they will not be able to understand, let alone remedy a problem.

My name is jose b calderon moller i actually have an account with you guys but im thinking on cancelling the reason of is because i only open it for fifa games but it got to the point the the game is so dirty with cheaters that it doesnt make any sense to play or buy fifa. I actually had complain to xbox1 i tru to teach you guys but 0 response.my main concern its not me its the kids that play the game .what are we teaching them with this behavior on the game.what i mean bout behaviors? 1 playing with ppl that the imposible to win a game that takes the easy way out.example a few mins ago i played with a ghost on my current season record it appers that i lost a game which i did but the player who played me doesnt appear on my season result page but it appears on my easports news ....if you guys try to be more helpfull pls....be free to call

Okay I'm getting pissed off! I just got this brand new ps4 & this brand new Fifa 16 and I have spent 100's of dollars on ultimate team and every time I finish the game it's freezes then kicks me out of ultimate team and hands me a loss and kills me with the DNF Did Not Finish when I clearly just won the freaking match! Solve this or pay me all my money back!
