EA's Customer Service is absolutely horrible! There is no way to get an issue fixed and there is no way to contact a real person to deal with a problem! Your UNSTOPPABLE upgrade to Madden 24 has caused several problems within the Franchise Mode! When going through the rosters of different teams like the 49ers, the Eagles, and the Raiders there are players who have no face or even a space to fill in a face. It is just the team's logo shown. When you go to see the information about this player the entire game FREEZES UP MAKING IT IMPOSSIBLE TO PLAY!!!!!!
Some jerks really messed up the Franchise Mode with this new unnecessary game mode. Everything worked great until UNSTOPPABLE STOPPED EVERYTHING FROM HAPPENING!!!
I ABSOLUTELY HATE HATE HATE EVEN TRYING TO PLAY THIS TERRIBLE FOOTBALL GAME!!!!!!
YOU HAVE RUINED IT FOR ME AND FOR A LOT OF PEOPLE!!!

hey over a year ago ive gotten the sims 4 and had my orgin account and everything.. everything was good. then i stopped playing and forgot my orgin acoount i already had my sims on . i made a new orgin account tried to play the game again and it wont work beause i have already used the code. so how do i get that information back or what should i do ??

I have tried 4 times to pay my Pogo bill. I have tried to contact you and get no results! I've been a Pogo holder since 2001 n have never not been able to pay this bill before. Please help me before my renewal is up.

PS4 Plants VS Zombies Garden Warfare is nothing more than an empty DVD or coaster without the internet. Shameful of EA Sports and PS4 companies for taking people's money. TO SHAME!

Tried calling the website phone number. I can't log onto battlefield 4. Message tells me it can't retrieve info and I see my friends online. This is really inconvenience to have to try and contact someone and the information on your website is wrong.
how do I contact someone if your website is misleading.

I am very upset about the content of Madden 17 for xbox 360, we paid the same amount of money as everybody else but we get half the content? I bought 3 of those games for myself and my 2 grandsons and I am very disappointed the way we were cheated. Please correct this and at least send us something for the way we have been cheated .

Sure would have been nice to get an invitation to the battlefield 1 closed alpha. I have purchased every battlefield so far.

If you're using a browser other than IE, then try using IE. I use Chrome normally because IE is god awful, but I tried IE and it worked in a few seconds.. its annoying that they do this without notification, but at least it works

I need someone to call me to help with my game problems. I bought plants vs zombies 2

an have been playing it for the first week it came out. Everything was fine except

over the last month or so, I getting kicked of the server after playing for 40 minutes or so. I have to start all over losing my progress and losing all of the pack defensive plants I put it place over the course of the game. I would not care except I have purchased the pack with real cash. Please call me a.s.a.p. to fix this problem and get credit. Thank You Frank Stoncich

The phone number listed, is a dead red herring... I called it oday, an all I got for my troubles, was a lousy recorded message telling me to go to their bloody help web page. I tried that, an all I got again for my troubles, was being told to type out what my issue was, an that they would email me a quick fix... HAH... as if anything they would email me would fix the issue... I know of a player in NFS Rivals, that is blatantly cheating... I needed to inform them of that fact, but appearantly they don't care..

I got a expansion pack from ebay the Sims3Pets and it only came with the disk, there was no postle code on it so i cant play what do I do?

I love your games but nba live companion isn't compatible with android phones not cool especially when you have to pay top dollar for these games.

They disconnected that phone number. When you call the 650 area code phone number and transfer to customer service, that number is also disconnected.

Good luck with getting EA to resolve your problem. EA has outsourced their entire customer service to India. When you do speak with someone your better off talking to your garage door. If your lucky enough to speak with a person get ready to experience Ground Hog Day each time you have to speak with them.
