Please I need your help... I bought a ps4 Fifa 16 deluxe edition and the code is expired... I talked with the seller but they told me that they can't do anything and the responsible is EA......I also called Sony and they told me the same.... Can you help me to solve this?

My husband sent you a message an hour ago and he has a claim number and he is trying contact you by chat but it is impossible... we are not having a response..

The phone number you have does not work. I need to reset the email account that my friend made on my player profile, and delete the one i made for my email, so that i can use my email with my account, not his email with my account.

I was robbed online yesterday by another gamer on Madden Ultimate Team by the name of RushxKingX. We were doing a trade for a Michael Vick card and he got all of my players and I never got the Michael Vick. I spent over $300 on Microsoft points to build my team and I need something to happen immediately.

n November I was trying to obtain the 99 odell Beckham master card I completed 5 season and 2 division milestone I did not open the packs I wanted to see how many i could do in a week then the auction house went down when madden mobile came back four days later I lost my 7 unclaimed items so I focused on getting the season set I realized that I did 15 rwcieved 5 more then was required and had extra I thought it would do that for the division set but it didn't I'm at 10 million fans but now I'm 2 short from completing the series and have know idea how to get the last two to finish the set I've worked on for over 10 months and hundreds of dollars

I removed my credit card # 2years ago and pogo is still being charged to my visa. I did try to contact pogo with no luck. I tried to play the games last week with no luck and then got kicked off several times. I my bank refunded and my visa information deleted from pogo also known electronic arts. this charge was for 02/05/16 and the prior was also was taken after I removed my visa and asked that no more payments be taken. please contact me

EA sports servers suck for every single one of their games,I just recently got NBA live 16 then I disconnect from their servers and lose all my contracts for ultimate team, and don't say it's my connection because I rarely lag in any other game

Yes I the Madden 16 game im am very disappointed that I be on the game playing Madden I will get kicked off and lose the game 6 like that and my rank is going down fast .I hate I can talk to a person on the phone it would be better that way I think please call me thank you

First off it's complete bs that a multi million dollar company like ea sports doesn't offer any customer service or legit technical support. How can they get away with this? My main tick with this horrible company though is the momentum factor in MUT 15. It's complete crap! Handicapping players is not realistic! It's been like this for awhile now and I'm done with it. I broke the game and will never play nor reccondmend any game made by ea sports ever again cause they refuse to address these issues! I will be devoting all my spare time to fill out a petition to get people to stop playing all Ea sports games until u fix the momentum and cheating issues that occurs in all of their games! EA SPORTS IS COMPLETE JOKE!

I received a post on PSN from EaSports TeamDev.stating iwas 1 in 4 who won a prefered customer girft.. i could request any player card and type just send my email and password of my log-in to verify... this seems bogus Ea should be able to send it to my on-line id account.. is this real. If not I'm reporting it

I've been unable to sign into tapped out for two weeks. I've been filling out forms, changing my password, receiving codes...NOTHING. My id name is valentinechef143. You're showing valentinechef12. At level 58 it should be apparent that I'm committed to the game and to my friends that rely on me to support them. It has been a labyrinth of hell to find a way to contact you. Just ridiculous. This phone number no longer works. EA directs you to help.ea.com, then clicking Contact Us. I tried that and got no where. It seems they need to fine-tune their customer service & technical support.

I have never, until AFTER you released Sims 4, had ANY problem with Sims 3. Now it is issue after issue after issue. One ended in a complete reinstall of my entire hard drive! The others all resulted (EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM) With a complete removal and reinstall of the game all 17 expansions AND Origin. If this is your way of getting people to play Sims 4, which is inferior in my opinion, then I am disgusted. I want a resolution to this problem or I want to be reimbursed for my game, the expansion and every dime I have spent on Sims 3 website. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!!!!!

I think it is absolutely ridiculous that I could be on hold for an hour and a half not once but twice and still never reach an actual person. Then when I try to email I never get a response. This is absolutely the worst customer service that I have ever had! It is no way to run a business and I will never spend another dime on any of your products. I will actually be shocked if anyone answers this, but please prove me wrong!

From my perspective, EA has always been affiliated with great products, but now I am not so sure. It will be a long time before I consider purchasing another product from EA. When EA sells a game that takes 27GB to download, that just tells me you have no consideration to the customer. I hope others will join me in forcing you to reconsider this tactic. Shame on you.
