Store #5255 in Kent Washington state, I have met the best employees named Von and CoLii. They are there working hard and remain busy the entire time they are on shift. I have seen them reset the store, make isles look amazing and assist other employees when there are questions or concerns. My favorite line from CoLii is " we apologize for the wait but we do appreciate your patience and someone will be with you soon!" Her professionalism is refreshing and I feel that she should be the manager rather than Amanda who I've seen in the store under the influence of something. They need to be rewarded for all their efforts and the amount they get paid is trash compared to their work ethics. I love coming to the store to see Von and CoLii their smile is warming. Lately they are not there and the store looks like trash again. What are you doing to praise these amazing workers? I asked the manager Amanda if they were there and she told me some mean things then bragged about getting them fired. What kind of manager is that? To me a manager trying to hide behind her pipe and other employees to keep her reputation. You will loose good workers over drug habits. That's unfortunate.

I was a witness to the guy threatening the two women employees witness Friday. I was in the store yesterday June 19, 2023 to talk to the manager about the situation and was disappointed in the action of the manager Amanda toward her employees CoLii ( what I saw on the name tag). I was in line to check out when CoLii knocked on the managers door to ask about more hours. The manager stated her DM I taking care of the situation from the other day regarding the guy that pulled a knife out on CoLii and another lady. The manager said that Kyle doesn't see the knife and there's no audio so they don't know what was said. CoLii confirmed what I was coming to tell her but the manager yelled to the employees "you are creating a hostile work environment!" The employees replied "because Im being punished for the action of a manager, this is retaliation!". The manager yelled it again "you have created a hostile work environment and you can only work 16 a week." The employees stated Chris is NOT a manager with manager hours and has had those hours since I started getting sick from the drug use in the bathroom!" The employees stated your high right now but we can't show the company but everyone else gets punished but you!"
This is not a supporting manager at store #5255 in Kent. I have been shopping here for a long while unfortunately this is what I see from the managers. The disrespect to their employees, it seems that the DM is not trying to help the good workers in the store. Please help these ladies they are being bullied at their job and they do a great job.

Customer service at the Dollar Tree in Chattanooga, Tennessean on Brainerd Road at 7:15 on 11/22/2020 was horrible. The store is dirty and not maintained. They have one cashier working thats disabled, doing the best she can without help from the manger. I had to wait 15 minutes to get change back from a 20. The manager had to go get change, then she took her time coming back. then she couldn't or wouldn't give me my chang until another transaction was completed, but she found a tax exempt form for a customer. I asked for my 20 back, she said she couldn't do that either, so what does a manager do? I stood there 15 minutes waiting in line for my change. This makes no since. There 10 to 12 people waiting on one line and the manager just stood there. My time is important. Stacey is the manager and she should be wrote up for her behavior and attitude. I will never shop at the dollar tree on brainerd again. The customer service is terrible

I was just at the Devonshire dollar tree in Chatsworth California and the clerk was a complete b****. She was helping someone else with balloons like 50 of them and didn't bother to tell any of us that we're standing in line it'll be a minute I finally asked is there someone else working and she called her over the intercom nobody came she never said I'll be with you she went back and help the lady with the balloons and didn't say anything to us that have been standing there in line for the past 5 minutes and when I asked her again if she could call somebody she very snottily said yes I already did and then went right back to the lady with the balloons. And I was not the only one complaining I was just the one that was vocal to her about it. The gentleman in front of me that was about 70 said this is b******* after standing at the register for like 5 minutes while she just ignored him, and The Man behind Me said that he was ready to walk out. Now I've been a loyal customer to this particular store and I love the people that work that I know there's a black girl that is too but girls that are great there's a white girl that is awesome and these this particular employee tonight was beyond rude has been rude ever since she started which is I guess maybe two weeks I've noticed her there and it is infuriating! Because there is not another dollar tree that I will go into around here and now I left pissed because she was rude and now I had to go next door to Ralphs and spend three times as much for one item !

I regularly shop at the Dollartree in Delafield, WI. I probably shop that store 3 to 4x a week! I purchased a box of powdered donuts, I opened package up and took one bite of one of the donuts and had to spit it into a napkin because it was stale. It was extremely hard and stale. I brought box back to the store telling the manager named John that it was stale and the box was expired. I didn't have my reciept but he is fully aware of how often I shop there as one of their most regular customers, yet HE refused to allow me to exchange the item and completely embarrassed me in an extremely busy store in front of his associates and many packed store! I am extremely upset and no longer desire to shop at any of your stores unless this can rectified with some type of recourse for this HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AS A LOYAL CUSTOMER! Currently my husband is in the hospital due to having prostate cancer surgery and ran into complications, so I have been buying my snacks and drinks there instead of purchasing at the hospital cafeteria. So due to all the stress that I have been under and now experiencing this most horrible experience that I have ever had in my life this has truly made my life filled with ever more stress due to his lack of professionalism, courtesy and kindness towards your loyal customers! I also asked him to taste the donute to see what I was talking about when he said no and then I said that the item is clearly stale and should be removed from the shelves and he refused!!! Inside the box the expirations says 9/2019 yet outside the box says a different expiration yet the taste and apperance of product reflects they are not fresh and clearly expired! Also this is one of the worst appearing stores that I have seen! He's aggitated and non-friendly and rude!!! Yet I shop there because there is no other dollartree close to me with having to drive further away. I'd appreciate someone of from this District Manager to contact me to resolve this issue! I am from Cheyenne Wyoming I just witnessed a terrible incident at one of your stores in Cheyenne. When I walked into the store there was rap music playing which use foul language the F word and everything else there were four of us customers that were offended one lady spoke up she was told to leave the store that she was not needed in the store nor wanted. I cannot believe this is been a family store for ever since it's been here that I've been going to and to have two young people Anthony and another girl with dark hair and piercings talk to that is inexcusable. In the first place it's a family store you don't play rap music that has the F word in it and you certainly don't tell a customer that they're not needed nor want it in the store and that they can leave by two young people that apparently don't know proper business etiquette in the first place. I don't know where the manager was and I don't believe I would probably get anywhere with her anyway I tried calling your other store to report it but I got no answer as it rang and rang and rang. This is the store that's in the mall at off of Lincoln Way in Cheyenne Wyoming. I will probably never go in that store again and neither will a lot of your other customers because of their behavior I cannot believe that you would employ such people. I hope you Fire those two as they should be from their jobs for acting the way they were and playing that kind of music. That poor woman elderly customer was talked to rude and inappropriate. The guys name was Anthony and I don't know who that young girl was with the dark hair but she was your snotty too and very disrespectful to the customer. This is not an environment for families or young children which is a lot of your clientele in the store. You can contact me at my email address. My family will no longer shop at Kendallville, Indiana Store because of an employee(Xena Gibson). I sent an email just a few minutes ago but wanted to add this my whole family has said they no longer will shop there either. Her rudeness is really too much. In the store she acts accordingly but outside the syore, even though she knows you're a customer, she is rude.

Very rude. Didn't provide services that they were supposed to. Said that only a manager can add money to a green for card. The other customer service was not trained properly. Said I had to wait 30 for manager to come out of the back. Said he couldn't leave the frozen food. But there was 3 staff so someone could have walked in the back to "watch the frozen food". And he wasn't out in 30 min like he said he was gonna be.

The Dollar Tree Store at 91st and Metcalf in Overland Park Kansas is very near my home. I cannot force myself to go in there again. I drive to a much nicer store just off Metcalf on 75th St. The 91st street store is absolutely FILTHY. There is your merchandise all over the floor and some aisles are so bad that the shopper cannot push their shopping cart through without running all over the clutter. It is disgusting. I have always been so amazed at what can be purchased for one dollar. I have saved a lot of $$$$$$$. But I cannot go to that store again. You should send a corporate Rep in to take a look. Please.

I would like to say that our Dollar Tree in Madison Indiana has been struggling for some time now. We are a small town, so our shopping is limited. I'm sure you can understand how frustrating it is for us when our store struggles to get product on the shelf and keep things stocked and orderly. I have never sent a complaint in on a retail store before and i was hesitant to send this one. I was hoping that Dollar Tree corporation might send our store employees more training or help from one of it's sister stores. A lot of people in this small town depend on Dollar Tree to make ends meet on a small monthly income. I am hoping this will be resolved soon. Thank you for your time.

Today I went to the Rio rancho #6682. I had the worst customer service ever. I have worked retail for many years. First 2 people online, they took the other lady.Then made me wait while they switched drawers. Left the draw open and chit chat then decided the change cashiers. Manager tries to put cashier in and walks away. Cashier messed up the code and tried many times to get in couldn't. Yelled for the manager , she came out she couldn't get her in.Then manager yelled for back up cashier. Girl came out, yelled I'll help someone here. Nobody said oh shes been waiting help her next. Nope by then there was a line,guy back of line went over quickly.Nothing was said, so I went in front of him and said that was rude ,I have been waiting for awhile. Manager handle the situation very bad! I then got home my mountain dew was expired 3 weeks ago!

There is nothing more unprofessional than walking into the store and having the cashier sitting down, eating at the cash register, with one female and three male teenagers gathered around him, making inappropriate comments, and making fun of people. When management said something to him, he acted as if he didn't have a care in the world, completely ignoring her, stating that he only had 2 more hours to work. Clearly store 6884 needs to do better!!!

On 8/11/2019 around 12:30pm, I went to the Dollar Tree store (Sandersville Georgia) to purchase some items that I had coupons for. Ms. Ginger stated that she could not accept the coupons even though it stated any kind. It did not have a count but it did show picture of that product in a 6 or 12 counts. The product that I had was a six count but she still refuse to accept it stating that her store manager said that she couldn't. Ms. Ginger was so rude and when I asked for the corporate number she stated that she didn't have it and that it should be on my receipt. She then got the items and took them away without asking me did I still want them. When I got my receipt the corporate number was not on here, therefore I had the cashier to call her back up there to the register so that I could ask her again for the phone number to the corporate office. When she came back she was once again very rude and went into the office to get the number. After about 5-7 min of waiting on her to come back she came out and handed me a piece of paper with a number on it. I went to my car and called the number which was incorrect. I wrote the correct number down on my receipt and took it in to her but I had to give it to the cashier because Ginger walked out the store and sat on the sidewalk to smoke a cigarette. Ms. Ginger was absolutely rude and need to be trained on the proper way to treat customers. I really would appreciate an explanation concerning the coupon policy and I really would like to show you a picture of the coupon.

I made a purchase on Dollar Tree on line and went to pick up the boxes at the Clinton store Order #: EC82339679. The manager in the store was not helpful when i went to pick up my items. These were a lot of boxes and at least i should be able to borrow the use of a trolley from the store for that purpose. She was very unhelpful and almost comes across as rude. Customer service is key in any transaction (you can say no with a smile).
I am not happy with the service and will not buy any other items online. It might be more expensive at amazon but i will get it shipped free.

After reading your reviews it seems you have a problem with dirty cluttered stores. That is my reason for writing to you today.
We recently visited your Cranberry PA store near Oil City. It was by far the dirtiest Dollar Tree we have ever visited. The carpeting looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in weeks. The aisles were so cluttered with merchandise to the point you couldn't get through them. When we checked out it was my husband who complained to the young man running the register about the filth and condition of a public retail store. The guy said they were doing the best they could (lol). He also said they were getting a new store in the near future anyway. What an attitude! The young generation today is a far cry from years ago. Nobody wants to work BUT everyone wants to be paid. If we owned a business we would not have "employees with attitudes".
Dollar Tree...you need to shape up and do something about all the complaints against your stores.

Amory Ms store is NASTY! I love to shop there but it is awful.
The employees could careless if you shopped there or not,ask them if they have something and it's if it's not in the shelf I don't guess we do, or point. The outside needs a good pressure washing and the windows and
Doors need a good cleaning. Come on Dollar Tree make them keep it clean.

Please do something about your Camden, Arkansas store. The last 3 times we have been in there it has been dirty, aisles congested and freezer has never worked right. It's usually down most of the time! We walked into these same conditions on 5/3/19 and could not get down the aisles to the freezer which happened to be working that day!! Please correct this situation soon. We love Dollar Tree but we will not visit this one again anytime soon!!

I really think this is very affair !! when I spend my money in the dollar tree stores like I do not to be able to call n speak to someone ! about the behaviors that are taking place in the store. They give us a number that you don't seem to answer on at all . I really need to speak to some one from the corporate office right away! about store at 5751 N Broad st Philadelphia pa.
