I canceled my service because C C did NOT stand behind the phone or the battery. The battery would only hold a charge for no more than 4 days.. My husband was told that was normal.. Sorry, but that is B S..

I am a customer....I have two requests. one is I wanted to see a video...I have a terrible time trying to retrieve my messages...most times I can't. I have called a number of times...and still not successful....so I thought the video would help...but I haven't been able to find how to access a video.. The other issue is wanting to "change my minutes" I kind of think I can do that my self...thank you Patricia Shook
Consumer Cellular has no support unless you want to wait for 15 minutes on the phone. Verizon with my 450 anytime minutes has gone face to face with Consumer Cellular and I pay the same each month yet have more minutes with Verizon. I have free Verizon to Verizon, Free night time and free weekends. This is not the case with Consumer Cellular therefor forced me off this company.
Please know I am posting this fact all over the net.

my name is john skeel. my account number is and my cell number is. since we replaced our phone last summer we have been unable to call Germany. I talked to an agent yesterday but they were unable to fix the problem. when we try to call,the phone says please wait and then says the number you have dialed is not valid and disconnects.
Please let me know what we can do to make international calls

If you call don't talk to CHARLES or JUSTIN they are VERY VERY RUDE. They really need to be trained on how to talk to people on the phone and how to listen before they cut you off. Also if you are told Warren will call you back he does not My suggestion is that you do not hang up until your problem is resolved.
Sara, Sheri, Julie, Ashley are very polite and good at customer service and at least listen to what you have to say.
Make sure you take a video of everything you return including you sealing the return package. Things disappear between the time you send it and after they receive it. I feel if I had know how much of a problem I would have with them we never would have gone with them.
I cannot recommed Consumer Cellular to anyone
else at this time. The only one that I recommeded has had nothing but trouble trying to get a phone. She has tried for a month and billing has bounced she her around like a tennis ball. And she still don't have a Phone.
