Excellent employee attitude. Female breakfast service attendant was very kind to the family that spilled waffle batter everywhere and has just been generally a nice person through my families stay. She's around 5' and wears her hair in the ponytail. She worked at the Dover, New Hampshire location on 10/7 and 10/8.

Please do something nice for this woman.

Not happy with phone cancellation process. At the end of the phone conversation was transferred to a high pressure extra points/gift card promotion. Once connected, I said no, but clerk kept saying that I said yes. Would not answer my question of," Help me Understand why you don't understand my "no" response. Was continually and rudely interrupted, so I had to hang up. By far one of the worst experiences I've had in a long while. All I wanted to do was a quick cancellation due to weather, and didn't have time for this as I had an appointment to attend to. Also did not receive the email I was promised.

The manager and owner in Watford City North Dakota don't care about they're customers just their money...the service is below normal the maid service is minimal the computer stole my money and they didn't care this the worst motel I've ever been to...do something!!!

Hello. I initially went through the property I stayed at to attempt to resolve a conflict. Since they are refusing to contact me back, I'm attempting to resolve through corporate.

I stayed at Comfort Inn in south Tacoma March 21st and 22nd. A Thursday night to a Saturday morning.

I arrived back at my room Friday around noon to find all of my belongings missing and my room cleaned after I placed a "do not disturb" sign on my door. I went to the front desk and asked what happened. After 20 minutes of the two girls up front trying to figure out what happened and attempting to avoid me. The maid informed me they never put in my second night so they cleaned my room assuming I was supposed to check out Friday.

They then retrieved my belongings from a garbage bag and handed me 2 gigantic bags of my belongings.

First of all my personal belongings were touched, disrespected, and put in trash bags. I have OCD (medically diagnosed.) So this spiralled my entire weekend into a terrible OCD episode because of how my things were handled. I was unable to attend my business conference because of this. A hotel should take this absolutely seriously, and they are not. In fact they were nothing but rude and unprofessional about it.

The girls up front informed me that the manager conveniently wouldn't be in until AFTER I checked out Saturday. I find this impossible to believe that NO manager is on duty for 2 days.
They promised me the manager would comp the room and try and make things right. They took down my number and email and promised she would call me Saturday around 3 or so. By mid week I still hadn't heard from her so I left an email review. To which she passively aggressively offered zero compensation. I've emailed her back twice with zero communication from her. I'm appalled. I work in customer service and this is ridiculous. Avoiding responsibility is all they're doing.

I expect a full refund for the miserable service I recieved. I didn't pay $200 to be treated like garbage by your staff.

Comfort Inn Clearwater was dirty with bed bugs. Staff was rude. This was a horrible experience that I will tell all my friends to avoid.

We just stayed at the downtown Chattanooga Comfort Inn. We used our points for the first night of the 11th and paid $149 for the second night the 12th. When we returned to our room at 6 PM on the 12th we found that all housekeeping had done was remove all towels. We called down to the desk asking for some to be brought up. We were ok with bed not being made. We return to room again around 10:30 PM and found nothing had changed. We could not shower. We found out the next day there were no linens to be had in the entire place. Very disappointed especially since I had tried to book the room with reservations for the $123 rate that was showing on your website. He kept arguing with me telling me it was not showing that. We always try to stay with Comfort but will check each site out a little more carefully in the future.

You need to refund are money for the stay in Gallup New Mexico. Please you need to do the right thing for our family. We have been trying to contact management. We have seriously just returned from New Mexico to Colorado and you need to right by our family we have just lost a family member and have been trying to contact anyone for days now.

Good day my name is John Earle my family and I are staying at the comfort inn. In Hill City ND our reservation is paid up until this Sat unfourtunatlly due to health reasons we have to return to Canada a day early. I was told however that I might not get the last night reinbursed because I payed by credit card and would have to speak with the manager in the morning we are however leaving at first light. Is this in fact the case. If so as a military veteran who has both medical issues and others I would be quite disappointed as I am a Great fan of your hotel chain. Is there any way this can be rectified as I find it quit distressing. Thank you John Earle my confirmation . Now to be clear I have NOT YET SPOKEN to the manager and will not be able to as we plan to leave at first light. Again any assistance in this matter is greatly helpful

Received a bill on my Discover for a stay inWashington DC. Was not me and would like a refund. CContacted the Washington DC hotel and there was no record of me making a reservation on that date. Please have someone contact me at your earliest convenience thank you Judy Fairbairn

Just had a terrible experience at the Comfort inn. I discovered mold the day I was checking out. They tried to tell me I should've told them. They put me in the room knowing that.

On 6/26/18 I stayed in Smithfield NC. I will never stay there again or at any Comfort Inn again. The room smelled dirty and the smell of smoked was very prominent One of the dressers was obviously busted as the drawer was sticking and I notified the clerk and one would have thought there would have been some compensation for my inconvenience. I never received a survey in the mail so I am addressing my issue here. Now I know why I stay at The Country Inn Suites. Have been on the phone trying to reach someone for over a half hour.

I recently stayed at one of the comfort Inn in Stoney creek Hamilton I called a couple of weeks earlier to get rates for two rooms two nights .the rap didn't give me individual rates but a total of what it would cost me and I asked twice to make sure I understood was that total for one room or total for both she stated for both . So I went ahead and reserved . I also asked for an email with confirmation and details I gave two of my email addresses .but received none. I called them 3 times each time she said it was done but I received nothing she said to check my junk mail and again nothing .I called Microsoft to question my email .anyway I showed up to my time of reservations and got charged double what she quoted me on the phone and when I tried to remind her of me asking whether it was for one room or both she denied her quote that she wouldn't have done that . My word against hers not a fair situation. If I had known it was double the money I would have called a different place maybe two queen beds and shared more reasonable for my budget . They gave me the brush off that their rates are based like gas one time up and one time down according to demand.I felt embarrassed there were other guests around so I retreved .I guess I am stupid and I should have know. All I could say to them was to be more clear with their customers and played double but its been chewing me inside . I feel conned.

I stayed at the Comfort Inn at Martinsburg West Virginia I was there for 2 days with my fiance. One of management since a cleaning lady to clean our room without my knowledge we had to do not disturb sign on the door the cleaning woman enters our room and immediately locates some insulin syringes for a prescription that I have notifies management and at this time before receiving any confirmation cause my company and tell them I am a heroin addict and there's drug paraphernalia in my room they went as far as telling my company that my fiance they believe is a prostitute which is the most offencive and unprofessional I have ever seen anyone react. I was never contacted by the hotel when returning I was told we had to leave I showed them my prescription to clarify the situation and was informed that they had searched the room and found some intimate objects in a drawer which should not even matter so all in all I was told because of our playfulness in the bedroom and a prescription that was validated we were kicked out of the hotel and my fiance was called a prostitute my company drug tested me in which I passed find colors but the humiliation and the offensiveness of the entire situation along with what my fiance was called I recommend anyone going to Martinsburg sleep on the street before they go to Comfort Inn. We have been in touch with an attorney and are filing lawsuit

I stayed at a Comfort Inn 2 weeks in a row in Wichita Falls, Texas for my work. The first week they took my company credit card with no issues. The very next week I went back to the same hotel and they would not take the company credit card because it did not have my name on it. I told them that they took it the week before and they said it was a new guy and he should not of took it.

my husband and I stayed at the Comfort Inn down Charleston SC i called and made reservation for june 10th to June 14th and was told it would be 119.00 anight When I checked out they charged me 119.00 for the first night and 139.00 for the next 3 nights. we also were locked out of room the 13th and had to go to front desk to get back into our room. i complained about the charge and the manager told me that she couldnt do anything about it but when we come back again she could make it up to us. we wont be going back there. we stayed at 3 other hotels on our trip and none of them over charged us

We did not have a comfortable stay. The staff members can I find a reservation on the computer, we did not have access to our rooms either times we tried to get in. Once we went to the front desk staff members could not care less. Swapped our credit cards multiple times. Needless to say we did not feel comfortable staying in the room since people kept opening the doors before 7 AM. We staying at comfort suites grand perry located on 702 Paddock Dr. Grand Prairie Texas.

My t.v. didn't work properly, phone the desk couldn't hear me neither could any ones else I tried to call. Top if off my cancer medicine (which cost $2000 a month) was thrown away by cleaning staff. Wah complaint was not given any attention. They didn't care at all. I think I should get a refund!

We are staying in comfort inn BWI the desk clerk was just incredibly rude. Not a small amount but incredibly. I personally would have been fired is I was only 10 0/0 as rude.

While traveling to Michigan my husband and I stopped at a Comfort Inn in PawPaw,MI unfortunatelywe could not stay there due to a change in their Pet Policy I must give the 2 Ladies behind the desk in working extra hard to help us find a place that would accept us and our very well behaved Newfoundlands.They did everything the could to help and I truly appreciate them.
But I am truly disappointed in this chain of hotels has changed their pet policy. Many of our friends are like us and travel with our pets and now we can no longer look to your group for lodging.
It's extremely disappointing to know this.

I stayed 2weeks ago at the comfort suites in mandeville la i did not know i had a smoking room turns out there are none here & I was charged $250 room cleaning fee which was fine I was wrong but when I returned on April 29th my daughter & I witnessed management with an unleashed pitt bull dog. So id like yo know if she will be fined as well or will my 250 be refunded. Thank you

My room was just robbed while I was out getting lunch. I do not feel the hotel staff are being helpful to find out who did this. I will never come back to this hotel again.

Got charged twice at Comfort inn Rivers edge Huron Ohio. I called got told it was not 'their problem' and then got hung up on twice! Sondra is her name...not doing her job or even an explanation. She should be fired immediately.

We recently stayed at the "Comfort Inn" in La Grange, KY as part of a group. This hotel has a severe problem with rats. Yes, big mean rats. They were behind the front desk. The manager is insisting that many of us who paid on our credit cards did not stay there and is demanding that the group pay for our rooms. Even with the evidence of our receipts he is demanding double payment for the group. I guess he just wants to take advantage of the Special Olympics team because he sees an opportunity to defraud us. I would recommend that anyone considering staying at a Comfort Inn think about the fact that they are happily attempting to defraud our group because they apparently think we are an easy target. Avoid ALL Comfort Inns when you are looking for a hotel for business or pleasure trips. If one hotel stoops this low then it must be a corporate policy. I sat on hold for over an hour this morning on the customer help line so that means that corporate doesn't care about their customers either, so the disdain for customers is part of their corporate culture

I would like to say that the new man that took over qua quait y inn and suites the wyf I is not free they changed the password at the Collinsville quality in and suites can this new man so that you can't use it unless you check in that not right it's free he can't do this but he is can you change that please
