I just found out the type of Sorel winter boot i've been wearing during Minnesota winters the past 10 plus years no longer makes them. Now i'm in need of a winter boot with very limited choices. Not liking Sorel.

I attempted to return a long sleeve crew, because after wearing and washing it once, the fit was totally different, the whole garment became much bigger and was just hanging in me. Loved the color and the style. But..seemingly there was poor quality control on this fabric. I still had the receipt , however no tags. No consideration towards this very unpleasant experience? No refund nor exchange for a smaller size, nor credit towards future purchases? No apologies either. So dissapointing.
I ordered one of the coats they had on sale for $49.99. It shipped December 5th. Was suppose to deliver December14th. On December 14th message sent said running late. HOW LATE??? WHERE IS IT??
WAS THAT ALL A HOAX???

I have been trying to return hiking boots I purchased online. When I try to print off return slip online my past order information cannot be found. I have purchased 3pair of hiking boots, was able to return one pair that did not fit easily no issues with printing off return etc.
The other two pair do not fit also, which I am very disappointed by.
Now to return these two pair it has been an issue.
I would appreciate support with this issue.
Columbia customer service is terrible, hours of wait time on the phone. I purchased a jacket with a lifetime warranty. You cannot get ahold of anyone to honor the warranty. The jacket is separating from the seams. I wear this jacket to both Bass Pro and Cabellas. I want everyone to know Columbia are liars and will not honor their warranty. I show and tell everyone I see and suggest they do not by Columbia products.
Your website is very convoluted. Please take the time to simplify it. I just want to return an item that is too big. I can't tell if I am to fill out a return form. I can't tell if I am supposed to do anything at all. Spell it out for us. Nothing should be this confusing and complicated. Your customers will thank you, trust me. When things get complicated I usually end up jumping ship but I am hoping I won't have to. There was a label in my package. I didn't wear the jacket it was bigger than I expected. Please contact me.
Order# Style Twisted Cliff Pants order two pair, wash them before wearing one pair is smaller in the waist then the other now. I would like them replace please. Customer service was unable to help staying if you wash them you can not return. How do you know if you product has a defect sometime until they are wash. Please help me.
