I booked a return airfare to London on line in December 2013 for a Virgin Atlantic flight in May 2014. When I arrived at Sydney International airport in May 2014 I was told that Virgin Atlantic stopped flying from Sydney to London a few weeks earlier than my proposed paid for flight. The staff from Virgin Atlantic couldn't have cared less and neither could CheapTickets. I had accommodation and travel plans booked so I went to the Flight Centre Travel Company at the airport who got me on the first flight out of Sydney for London. So I had to pay again! Now I am faced with having to phone CheapTickets to get a refund. The are US based and I am Australian based. They're difficult to get on the phone. Don't book a thing with CheapTickets it will cost you a terrific holiday, added stress and double the cost.
