The cash america store at polk and camp wisdom isnt any good any more since daryl isnt there anymore he was the best you have had there at polk and camp wisdom please please bring him back i dont like this david guy he has a attitude and a smart mouth and no respect for his customers i have heard alot of people say that too

wouldnt shop here again. Went in and bought a receiver which did say as is but I was under the impression it worked. I get home it doesn't light up turn on or anything. I go right back, and the guy is like the lady is busy in the back and some people buy these things to fix them and maybe it's been sitting in the back too long. So I still end up with an non working receiver,I even asked to just do a trade for a much lesser price and still no help. Well first and last time for me there.

I just purchased a macbook pro for my daughter who's going off to college,at cash America in Chicago 22nd and western ave,and not only were the employee's helpful,But I also saved hundreds of dollars on the mac that I bought also the unit was still under warranty thru apple care purchase 8/17 2015.Thankyou Cash America for a great experience,and I will recommend anyone looking for laptop for there kids to check with Cash America first before buying new,If you take a little time you can sve a lot of money.Thankyou Again Ed from Chicago.

Repeat customer for over 15 yrs. Never again will i shop or purchase another item from this outfit. After multiple CASH purchases. I was encouraged to "buy it on lay away " told if i changed my mind or wanted a refund it would be no problem. When out of town on buisness. Missed a payment date when i returned to town less than 24hrs went to store to pay it off only to discover they had pulled the diamonds and resold them . I was told at that time that they had issued an in store credit for part of my money that could be used at any location . No time limits . Sadly enough when i did find another piece of jewlery i was told my in store credit was expired! in other words if you dont use it within 6months you lose your. Money. When addressed with new store manager the response was spend 400.00 more and they would re instate my credit amount. what a sad day when a company as large as this stoops to in my opinion extorsion for a person to get their money back . I have worked in the public service industry for over 40 yrs. And i have never treated my customers this badly. As far as that i have never heard of such a buisnes practice. Needless to say . I will never shop here or use anyservice provided by this "outfit" again , and will encourage my customer base of over 20,000. To avoid this type of treatment as well.
