easy to get in touch with when they want to sell you but impossible to reach when you have a question or need assistance. the reply is good read a book on our website or watch a few videos to see if that will answer your question.....don't bother us we are trying to over promise and sell stuff. Carbonite is about as useless as air brakes on a turtle. Glad my subscription is about to run out. you are too busy to help me so I'm too busy to pay you. Save your money folks.
In the past I have had Carbonite's service. I have tried twice since then to start Carbonite service again. I was under the impression that the service would start. However, it never started again. After Kody got my files going, 2nd call.
Called back to restore them. Emmi after an hour or so got them on the desk top, but thought there might be a problem. She opted to re-start my pc at which time ALL DISAPPEARED and I had fewer files than I started. This was on 01/08/14, 10:30 a.m.
All of a sudden, Carbonite was cut off with the words: Session Ended. Emmi suggested I had a virus and needed to get it cleared up before I could be restored???
This does not look hopeful,she said in despair...
For those of you who hate Rush, don't forget that Carbonite had no problem raking in the big bucks until the heat got to be too much. Don't let them off the hook that easy. I say continue to boycott them. There are plenty of other backup solutions out there at a better price.
