Pre ordered online 10 min later I arrived and the lady with an attitude told me it just came up really it's placed in a peg board. I'm now in store waiting over 12 min I spoke to my phone to call customer service & my order magically appeared . Yeah not comfortable eating it now

This is the second time today I called in an order to pickup and it takes over an hour to get the order there are plenty of employees standing around 7 I can see they seem to be having a good time but I'm not getting my food and I will never order from this store again it's the one on Yorktown Blvd in Corpus Christi Texas

Just wanted to make a comment. My husband and I went to your establishment for the first time today. We used to go to Planet Wings, but they closed. I had asked if I could try a little dab of the sauce I was picking, but was told that was not allowed and that they charge for that.

I got my wings with the Asian sauce anyway. Not a fan. That was my whole point about asking to taste it before I put it on. I went home and washed all the sauce off. There should be a way to taste the sauce you choose before ruining your entire meal. The meal that cost me $75.00

I went to your restaurant in Southland Mall, Miami Fl today, November 27, 202 and I placed my to go order, the cashier did not charge me at the time of the order because she needed a manager to override my military discount, she stated she'll charge me after the order comes out. I waited for over 30 minutes , every 10 minutes she'd say it's almost bagged. A gentleman that came after me got his food. I stated the obvious to the cashier and she stated they have two cooks, and doesn't know what else to tell me. Yes those were her disgusting words she used. I left really upset, I did not speak to the manager because he seemed just as incompetent as her. My twins and I were ending our day their after a beautiful Sunday. I am very disappointed of your staff, if she would have said I forgot to place the order, I would have understood but to say " I don't know what to tell you. Terrible.

I work at the VA Police Department and i order online always an hour in advance due to it usually states when ordering after entered it will be ready in an hour. the BWW 150 E Centennial Parkway Suite 101 in Las Vegas Nevada is the worst i have ever been to. I go in and it isnt ready until an hour after i arrive so my orde takes over 2 hours for reg wings and 2 orders of 3 street tacos? They always have only on cook on Friday nights and never get my order right! The phone number says its busy when i call it for 3 hours straight, however i call the other BWW in the areas and they are able to answer with management on site. Corportate numbers are not allowed to be given out to customers makes no sense when i ask for one and they act like it is a normal way to function a restaurant. I have now been taken advantage of by being told that they perfer cash not card but i give them my card anyway due to i dont have cash and then they charge me for things i dont recieve and arent even able to answer a phone.

I was just there on 12 /15 /19 . I was shocked at the lack of Hygiene behind the bar at first . Then a woman walks in and sits at the bar with no pants/underwear and soliciting patrons while we are there . We asked a manager and nothing was done not even a move to another table or an apology of any kind .We had to move to another table ourselves to avoid being in the periphereal view of a naked women at the bar. Lack of training in this establishment is clear . The staff all knew about this person and did . nothing very disgusting . My wife and I requested to speak to a manager and never showed up. We had to look for her on our way out. The manager was inadequate and obviously under traiined, she did not look interested in resolving the situation and could care less, she told us to call the police ourselves. Neither our family nor us will be eating there again . Not to mention no transparency on beer prices 15 dollars for 2 beers ridicuolus! Buffalo Wings needs to re-think the game plan . You get a negative 5 stars on service and negative 10 on hygiene . Never Again! (location: 7020 Carpenter Rd., Village crossing, Skokie, IL) Village of Skokie will be notified.

Re the new location in Austin Landing, Miamisburg OH. Although the food & service was fine, the store itself is 1) very small 2) does not have a separate bar area apart from the family section of the restaurant. 3) seems to have lost the sports bar atmosphere 4) feels more like a fast food McDonalds that serves beer. We do not like it & have no desire to return. Friends we've spoken with say the same thing.

After trying three different Buffalo Wild Wings locations in Houston what remains consistent is the bad service. My last experience was waiting 15 minutes to be noticed after being seated. No one noticed us walk out. In a prior experience my wife basically had to beg to get her water glass filled. Orders on first two occasions were wrong and slow to come. Unfortunate but I'm done.

I am very upset to the point I felt like I was discriminated against today at you location in Tuscaloosa Alabama on McFarland Blvd. I have been coming to your bar for atleast 3 or 4 yrs. I have sat outside,inside and at your booths and bar seating. Sometimes I make a purchase and sometimes I don't. Well this morning at about 11am I came in sat at the bar and and started to watch the game. The tv was not a very good tv so I got up and moved to a table in the bar area. One of the servers came over with a menu for me to make a purchase. Being that it was early I told her I did not want to make one. I was watching the game maybe about 30 min and a manager with blond hair comes over and says I could not watch the game there if I did not make a purchase and because I was messing up the servers ability to make a tip. I have never felt so discriminated against in all my life. I am talking to you first cause I wanna take this to the news media. I thought a sports bar was the place to go to watch sports with no hassle. This place had maybe 15 people in it and I was not being loud or roudy so I feel like she was wrong. I did not get her name but I will never forget her smurky looking face. I was just there last Saturday watching that big game Alabama played and there was plenty of people in there not making no purchase but there was different management. People are in there all the time when I go in there watching sports and not making no purchase. Please do something cause I have plans to take this to the news media. My phone # 205 239 7439

Me and my friend arrived at 1a.m to eat some food in the back bar tonight. My friend went to the bathroom while I went to the bar to order a drink and food. Bartender in the back bar was cleaning when I arrived. He didn't acknowledge me so I ask if I can order food. He said its last call for food and only fried food. Then continued to clean. Didn't ask if I wanted a drink or anything. He seemed bothered that we arrived to order food. Other female bartender sat at a table with friends and wasn't working at all. I asked how is it 1am and you close at 2am that its last call. He says cause we trying to get home and not trying to put orders in anymore so he told me to order now or I ain't getting s*it. I was in shock that he would say that. Just turned around and kept working. It was a male bartender. This was around 1 am tonight. This is unacceptable and would like to know if this is a common practice here when there is still an hour left till you close!!!! South land mall location in Miami fl

Had a really bad experience at the Springfield Ohio store ordered some food tried to pay with a visa debit card as I had figured I had enough money on the card to pay for the order plus had a 5.00$ gift card I used also so the server came to me and said there was a balance of 4.07$ left I asked how this happened claimed the card I used it automatically takes out for a tip I then told her I had no money with me she then just left me standing there I had not a clue what was going on next thing I know a young man came to me and asked me what the problem was I asked who he was said he was the manager Cody I explained what was going on and that I did not know tips were taken out without your consent he then said well...these cards aren't good for paying for food at a restaurant I said it's still money and they work like cash was very rude and still waited for an hour for my food with no discount just said he would take care of it like it was a big issue poor costumer service not a very enjoyable experience thank you.

2950 S 108th St. West Allis, WI. need a new evening or night manager. She is lousy , unprofessional and have no customer service mangement skills. I will not revisit the store adn the store loss my business.

Worst experience I have ever had. I discourage anyone from going to this restaurant. Poor service. Rude unprofessional staff. Had to wait 20 min for a server and then over an hour and a half for good. Totally disgusted with this place absolutely my last time

Thankfully, its time for football! Disappointingly, your "Escape to Football" commercial targets a minority as less interested in education and more interested in eating and watching football. I find the ad simply in poor taste. I love football and education. As a minority who graduated with 3.7 GPA and a masters degree I know better and so should you. Stop perpetuating stereotypes. I look forward to viewing an educated response.

I went to the Buffalo Wild Wings in Palmdale and I got the chicken wings and the celery and carrots. chicken wings taste like they were frozen got frostbite and you tried to cook them and the only part of the meat was edible on the wings.

I go to BWW at least once a week. I love the food. I go to the one one on south Wadsworth in Lakewood Colorado. But recently when I go the men's bathroom is absolutely disgusting. You can tell that floor has not been mopped in months. The urinals yesterday had brown gross stuff in them. I want to continue to go but I figure if they don't clean the bathrooms, what does the kitchen look like? I like to go and have beers there so I use the bathroom regularly and if they don't clean up you will lose a long time and very frequent customer.

This is regarding employee Madison Long who works at the Burlington NC location. This young lady was celebrating her senior week and Myrtle Beach this past week and ended up jumping another young lady. She blind sided a young girl with a beer bottle and then proceeded to continue to beat her. The young girls parents are in the process of pressing charges on Madison and are very upset. Madison Long needs to be drug tested and needs to be replaced. I love this location but no longer want to bring my children in here if you have employees this wreckless.

I feel it is important to let you know of my experience at your location in downtown Indianapolis this evening, April 26th. I arrived by meyself to watch the NFL Draft and sat at a table in the bar (the location was just about 3/f full). The bartender took my dinner order of 15 wings. Well over an hour later, dinner had not arrived. I hadn't said anything up to that point because I witnessed most of the other tables receiving their orders 30-40 minutes after placing them. I finally called the baretender over and complained and asked for the manager. She confided this slow kitchen service had been going on all week long in the evening. The manager (Aaron Brush) eventually came over. Aaron Brush had no explanation as to why my meal was forgotten (might had been good to go back and ask before shrugging his shoulders at an upset customer). He said it must have been a mix up in the kitchen. I left your location without dinner and upset at being so disrespected.

Seriously, this is an ongoing issue at this location. If the 'manager' doesnt know what is going on in the kitchen and keeping the food going, what good is he\she doing? Aaron had no idea food was coming out slow; he told me as much. What that tells me is that he is not doing his job. Buffalo Wild Wings has one primary job, to provide wings to its customers. You didnt deliver tonight. I wasn't alone, and it wasn't just tonight. Your management isn't able to provide food in a timely manner to your customers (or in this case, at all). What are you going to do about it?

In February of 2017,I went to a Buffalo Wild Wings Restaurant with the intentions of purchasing 40 wings, fries and a soda. It was a near the weekend and I had a taste for some wings, something to snack on while enjoying the movies with my Service Dog. It did not go well, at all! In fact, I was treated with some of the worse, unprofessional and immature behavior I have experienced, as an African American Veteran, at this particular Buffalo Wild Wings Restaurant. They are located on Bechtel Avenue, Springfield, Ohio. The Regional Manager, Thereasa, and a male Manager, both White, were disrespectful and discriminated against me because of my race and my having my service dog with me. I attempted to be pleasant and inform them that the dog was my service animal and not a pet. She continually,cut me off, made insults about common sense should tell me he needed a service vest. When I quoted the ADA Federal Laws and Ohio Revised Code to her, trying to politely, enlighten and educate this poorly trained, uneducated woman and man, she continued with insults, talking over my efforts to let them know they were breaking both State and Federal Laws. I demanded to see her Regional Manager or get their phone number, to file an appropriate complaint. The General Manager, young enough to be my child, sassed me and told me; "I'm not giving you my Regional Managers number!" I told her she was not allowed to refuse a customer the right to speak to her superior. She repeated that she would not give it to me. She told me repeatedly, they would not serve me and to get out of their restaurant or she'd call the City Police Dept. I tried to explain to her that they were crossing a dangerous line by violating my legal rights by refusing to serve me because my service dog did not have a service vest on his back. My dog did have a service harness on his back, but, they were both too ignorant to understand that vest or harness with SERVICE DOG on it, serves the same purpose; to identify the status of the dog. I informed her that she should just go to her office and Google ADA/Service Animals and read the laws, which would state, nearly verbatim, what I told them about the laws protecting the rights of people with disabilities who use service dogs in the public arena. She continued to refuse me service, called her Regional Manager, who supported the General Manager's and the male manager's grave and ignorant mistake. She than decided to make up a lie and said: "Besides, your Service Dog Stinks!" Fortunately, my service dog had just been groomed the day prior to this horrendous discriminatory treatment and harassment; so, I know she was simply being nasty, unprofessional and trying to impress the two friends who were sitting and laughing at the Managers' table when I first entered the restaurant. Both Managers permitted their large thuggish white male friend to run up into my face and threaten me. He lied and identified himself as a Manager at Buffalo Wild Wings and started screaming and verbally assaulting me. Both the General Manager and the other real Manager allowed him to harass, intimidate and threaten my safety and the safety of my Service Dog for 15 minutes. The General Manager gave me a false name, just as her male friend did. Than she called the Police who verified my suspicion that the so called third Manager was not a manager at all. Meanwhile, about five customers entered and were waited on by the Cashier. The Police than violated my legal rights and asked me if I had a vest or documentation. When I tried to inform the Officer he was defending the wrong party and the laws supported my right to be there with my service dog and no documentation or service vests were required of me. The Springfield City Police Officer (Joseph)stated, "If they do not wish to serve you they do not have to serve you. They have the right to tell you to leave! Of course, I complied with the Officers' directive/orders to avoid being arrested under the catch-all arrest charge of Disorderly Conduct. Buffalo Wild Wings in Springfield Ohio on Bechtel Avenue is not fit for consumer patronage. I will personally, boycott this restaurant chain and urge the public who has friends or relatives that need a Service Dog for legal legitimate assistance in the public sector, and those who are disabled with a Service Dog, to seriously consider who you give your dollars to for wings, fries or a fast food experience. I would rather eat a raw dead chicken that was splattered on the highway, than to ever, patronize the ignorant, uneducated, unprofessional, nasty arrogant Buffalo Wild Wings Chain, who discriminate against certain classes of people and allow their friends who are not employees nor customers, assault, intimidate and threaten innocent customers who have a legal right to obtain service and customer courtesy. I do not expect an organization like this to ever even respond to my complaint. It appears from all the complaints I've read about this restaurant organization, they could care less. I can see why they wish to sell their chain for 2.4 billion dollars. Personally, I can't imagine what the CEO of ARBY's is thinking. Arby's has a good reputation, good food, clean employees, with good customer service skills and training. Good luck Arby's! You had better give your decisioin a lot more though, and investigate Buffalo Wilder Wings track record.

How is this chain still in business??? All I see are REALLY bad customer reviews!! The one in Sterling, VA is horrible as well! The only consistency they have seems to be the horrible service and total indifference to it, yet they continue to exist. How is that possible woth all the competition in this day and age? Why are there not more wing places and better service?? What is the deal?? I went to find the corporate site to see if the corporate execs would care more about their brand, thinking that this location was a one-off, but after reading all the reviews, clearly not!! I'm in utter amazement. I'm not even sure why I am posting this. It seems they just allow you to post in these boards to let you rant so you feel like you might have been heard, but they completely ignore you.

What is wrong with us that we still patronize their business? Maybe that's what's wild!
