I went to your restaurant in Southland Mall, Miami Fl today, November 27, 202 and I placed my to go order, the cashier did not charge me at the time of the order because she needed a manager to override my military discount, she stated she'll charge me after the order comes out. I waited for over 30 minutes , every 10 minutes she'd say it's almost bagged. A gentleman that came after me got his food. I stated the obvious to the cashier and she stated they have two cooks, and doesn't know what else to tell me. Yes those were her disgusting words she used. I left really upset, I did not speak to the manager because he seemed just as incompetent as her. My twins and I were ending our day their after a beautiful Sunday. I am very disappointed of your staff, if she would have said I forgot to place the order, I would have understood but to say " I don't know what to tell you. Terrible.
