I renewed my subscription in March or Aprile of 2023. but I keep getting that my subscription has expired what up with his bill s###. My credit card has been billed by your company for 2032.

This is the worst customer service I ever used. Agent could not log me in even though he has all my information. Terrible Customer Service. I wish I never chose Bitdefender at all.

I used to be a real champion of BitDefender because it had the lowest impact on system performance and consistently was at the top of the av-comparatives malware testing.

But the latest 2019 version has completely screwed up my PC, and I've called twice in the past 24 hours and have gotten no call backs. Terrible service.

They used to be great!

I have a couple of promlems.
[1]Bitdefenders does NOT remove "my way"from my chrome.
2.I only have ONE computer.How do I install your product on the other 4 computers I am entitled to??

Someone needs to contact me immediately regarding 2 invoices, neither of which are the correct amounts

If I don't receive a reply within the next 24 hours, I will contact Visa to reverse these amounts as someone screwed up on your end.......offer was for $29.98

Bought antivirus for Mac. Would not work. Absolutly NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, After several emails and tryinfg to get answers I gave up and went for refund. I paid with paypal so will get refund. I have used bitdefender for year with no issues. But now that I have an issue I cannot get an answer from customer support. THey have no customer support and do not seem to care. Needless to say will never buy bitdefender again

This company should be rated a zero! I read reviews and believed it to be reputable. The product would not install and then help ignored me. They give you a link that does not work for refunds and they do not answer the phone.I've spent two days dealing with this. I hate this company!

Lousy customer service, Cannot access link in your letter to me. As I have stated several times, I DO NOT WANT BitDefender. It has been removed from my computers. I was forced to take it three years ago. I will not pay for it again. There will be letters sent to every officer of the company I can find. Very, very, dissatisfied. Had to have both of my computers worked on to resolve virus issues. After your rep hung up on me, Itried calling back. First I got a busy signal and then the number didn't even righ. Overwhelmed by angry customers perhaps? People who weren't pleased that your upgrade offer removed the existing version of bitdefender and didn't install anything in its place?

I got an offer of a free upgrade which I clicked on. The function removed the existing version and didn't install a new one. This sure looks like bait and switch to me. I called customer assistance. After holding for about 15 minutes to get a person Alex hung up onme after a few sentences and no resolution. Your action left me with no firewall or anti-virus protection. What is wrong with your company?!?

You may lose a current customer on this one...I do not like my support to renew I need to talk to a person who is able to udnerstand my issue.

I have used Bitdefender for many years. I have also become increasingly more upset by this products inability to identify and remove pop up advertising. I have contacted your customer support several times to no avail. I find it difficult to trust someone who can not speak fluent American.

I just purchased a three year subscription to Bitdefender Total. I am wishing that I did not, now that I see that you have allowed your product to fall to seventh place.

I am very unhappy.

BitDefender has NO ONE in the USA to deal with. They are ALL in Romania. Don't ask to speak to a supervisor because they all are supervisors. The protection lasts 365 days not a calendar year. I will find protection from elsewhere else and customer service in the USA. NO MORE BitDefender for me.

I have been a happy customer of Bitdefender for a few years now but recently feel they have been slacking on updating their definition file. I ICE malware is a perfect example of a malicious attack program that has been in circulation for almost a year now. Unfortunately, I had to seek assistance from another vendor. I will have 2nd thoughts before renewing my Bitdefender in the upcoming couple of months

Wish I had found this site BEFORE purchasing Bitdefender!! all I get from them is Lip Service saying they are going to help... their advertisement says protects against malware but they tell me Oh what you have is Malware not a Virus and we only protect against Virus. BS! I have 19 emails from them in 3 weeks since my computer problem and they keep telling me to download AdWare and run it after I told them I did Adware, Malwarebytes, Hitman Pro and still have the problem that they were going to check the profile they had me run and sent them and get back with me. NEVER HAPPENED.
Resent them the file again this morning and asked for a supervisor and he (George) is not available but will call me back.. sure.. IN MY DREAMS...

Bitdefender maybe a good product but their customer care and support just does not exist
This is my problem experience; I had to reload my o/s on the system I had Total Security 2014 the full paid for product When I tried Bitdefender site to try and re-download it no matter how much I tried I couldn't find it I tried a number of other sites but these didnt have it either and thoese that did the program didn't work Bare in mind my purchase still has 185 days left
To cut along story short Ihave contacted Bitdefender, so called customer service, FOUR times in the last FIVE hours and all I've received up untill now is ticket numbers

Well, now I knew for certain that Bitdefender is not real. I purchased just two months ago, emailed this company numerous times which too numerous to mention. There is no support system what so ever, reason: just an automated/generated response telling you they have received your email and will contact and address the issue, yeah right, it never happened. I've given up on them, deleted the file though I just bought it, well once you install and pay for after a trial, guess what: you must go on the Bitdefender site to download a removal tool. Oh really, one should not have to download a thing, one should and can just go into your "add/remove" program and just delete the program, uninstall. But as mentioned above, once you purchase there product its very very difficult to uninstall.
So my suspicious is this: downloading a "removal tool" seems to me to add and bloat your computer and allow you to think you have uninstalled/deleted program. Nope! You must type in on your search box on star up page/column and type in Bitdefender, and if this stupid program is on your computer you will see the caption of Bitdefender, also say you don't see anything that identifies Bitdefender on this search box after you typed those words, you will be brought to another page on your computer where you would type again in the search box usually on the top right side and wait until your computer is locating the files where they are, then you've got them! Delete all, you may have to be patients as I was because sometime Bitdefender has what I suspected above (stopping your from deleting/uninstalling and you will see files still exist on your hard drive and other areas on your computer. Do what I've done and you can be rid of them. also notify your bank that you do not want Bitdefender to charge you again at the end of your year term because its quite possible Bitdefender will charge you once again even though you have finally deleted the darn useless program after much irritation and on your own, not any help from false support system they claim to have. I plan to do this, notify my bank and I better not be charge another cent. Doubt if I will get a refund pertaining to the program anti-virus I purchased but sure going to try but they won't get another cent. Also they are not based in US so another red flaggy.

Turn and RUN from Bitdefender. Their company is based in Romania and these people do not give a RIP about their customers, their software, or the trouble their ineffective software causes. I started having problems in mid June of 2014 on my PC. Called BD, opened a ticket. BD assigned me to run diagnostics on the PC and send logs. I have had numerous email correspondence since (meaning me emailing and calling them). No response. I was told to be patient and that surely everything would be alright and not to make a big deal out of it. This is my business laptop we're talking about. My PC got so bad that I HAD to take it in to a local person to run malware software on it. The guy fixed it at a charge. It's 7/21/14 and BD still has no fix and is being extremely difficult about giving a refund. These people are useless. They want your money. I'm suspicious that they didn't just steal data off my PC and go. I'm filing a complaint with the FCC about BD. Turn and run from these people. Turn and run. And forget trying to talk to a manager. They won't answer a call or return an email.

Talk about buyer's remorse. On June 10th I purchased your BitDefender Total Security software and then paid an additional $30 to have the software installed remotely and uninstall my current anti virus software, Kapersky. I had all the activation keys at hand but was having numerous problems trying to get the remote control session started so I called your customer service ("premium chat") number at 1 954 678 0567 to figure out what the problem was. On June 11th I spent 45 minutes on hold and on June 12th I spent 1 hour 15 minutes on hold. Let me repeat that, 120 minutes on hold waiting to speak to someone, ANYONE to help me with no luck. At this point I have no idea how to remotely connect to get a "tech genius" (your description) to get the Total Security software installed and the service I PAID FOR. I have been told by friends I have the patience of Job but it has run out with you folks. When the Visa charge comes through I will refuse payment because I received neither the service or product I attempted to purchase. Good Riddance. I will to back to Kapersky!!!!!!

I have had the worst experience with this company with resolving issues. For one you can't speak with a U.S. customer service rep. it's only foreign reps that will not listen to your issues or try to repair them. I had signed and paid for a three year membership for antivirus protection which included three PC's I then received notice that my ONE year service is now expired. I have Paid the rate of $89.00 which was given as a discount since I was already a current customer, they had charged my cc this amount. As I assured them MY payment was for 3yr protection. I have spoken with every # I can find for this pathetic company and every one has not wanted to help me. The first rep I spoke with said he did see the payment and my Acct.# ending in #### but was told he couldn't help me.I ask for a supervisor 15 times before he would let me speak with someone else in which he was not a supervisor as well so he wouldn't help me. I then finally speak with someone claiming to be but of course he couldn't help me either so he decided to just end the call and hung up. I have proof of the payment for three year protection but all they would insist on is me sending copies of my credit card statement (ok like I'm going to do that?) This company is an extreme rip off with absolutely no customer service respect! I would hate for someone else to use this company and go through this headache when there are so many reliable companies to choose from. My last resort to get this handled is to reach out to my cc company and inform them of these fraudulent charges.
