Lousy customer service, Cannot access link in your letter to me. As I have stated several times, I DO NOT WANT BitDefender. It has been removed from my computers. I was forced to take it three years ago. I will not pay for it again. There will be letters sent to every officer of the company I can find. Very, very, dissatisfied. Had to have both of my computers worked on to resolve virus issues.
