August 7, 2023 I shopped Dunkirk store #86. I really don't like to shop. I needed an item I could not reach. I asked an employee that was stocking shelves for help. With a big smile and " of course" I had my item. Going down frozen food isle, my waffles were too high. The same employee was straightening items and again big smile and I had them. Check out was unreal. The young man told me to leave my heavy watermelon in the cart and he used my cart for my checkout. He was also above and beyond nice. I actually liked me shopping experience for the first time ever. I was in the store 11:30 and checked out at 12:15. I unfortunately did not get their names but they should be recognized.

What is going on with your computer system???? I am a long time customer and have had an account for at least 3 years...This system is asking for a verification code and the codes you send will not open my account to order... I have given another grocery my order because no one responds to these email inquiries. I have to order today- sorry you missed a 50$ order. It went to another grocer.

What I find to be ridiculous is that no matter what number you call for customer service you can never speak to a live operator...

Purchased a Garden Line tumbling composter this week in an Aldi US store. It is terrible to put together. I spent all day fighting with pieces that don't match up well. Gave up on it maybe 60 percent thru. Just wanted to do a little composting. Should have recycled an old container instead of spending $$ on this cute thing. You owe me Aldi's!

The manager at the south Aldi store in Terre Haute Indiana is so rude that I now shop at the east side store. The manager at that east side location is the epitome of what Aldi should hire. Shopping is more than what you sell. It's the entire experience.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. I shop my local Aldi in Webster, TX no less than twice a week. 2 of our household staples are the KETO HAMBURGER BUNS & KETO BREAD. Neither have been in stock recently, and I have left empty handed, as this was my main reason for shopping. The associate that I inquired with informed me that the buns have been "seasonally discontinued". Bad move. People do not stop eating hamburgers in the cooler months, nor stop eating lifestyles. People on the keto lifestyle buy these for lunches & meals, not just occassions & BBQs. I no longer have a need to shop at Aldi until these items return. Everything else can be found just as affordably elsewhere. See ya!

The last few times I have purchased the lunch mate single pack meat it ends up being spoiled before I get to eat it. Doesn't expire until July 17, 2021 and it's green, package is still intact

Please contact me in regards to being overcharged over $20.00 on May 20, 2021. This money has not been returned to my bank account.

Bought a box of prepackaged roasted salted almonds...southern grove...6-1oz bags...

The box has 5 bags in it...and this has happened before...

I have 2 boys I pack lunches for so I buy in even quantities...this sucks!!

I cannot get on your website to put in an application and I don't think it's fair for people to got to go through this just to do our application for y'all it should be an easy way for people to get them we all website put in the application at all time

Upon visiting Aldi's in Leesburg Florida, I saw you no longer have employee cleaning your carts. As matter of fact, employee was sitting inside entrance on phone watching people come in. I know you market yourself as a no frills store, but in this time of Covid, I think you have responsibility to supply clean carts (especially since you have employee sitting there on his phone. I did ask him about change in policy and was told it came from management. Every store that I shop in supplies clean/sanitized shopping carts or I don't shop there.

To whom it may concern, firstly, thank you for the incredible staff you employ. They are always happy to help,& they have a good product knowledge.
I'm 63 years old,& like most people, I've been concerned about covid,& going out has to be really considered. I always shop at sth tweed heads Aldi & although it's a 80 minute round trip for me, I always have made that trip, bypassing at least 6 closer grocery stores. I love all your grocery & cleaning products,& the great customer service.
My television stopped working recently. Very annoying considering I've been in lockdown,I'm unwell,& live alone.. I made the decision to drive to south tweed Aldi especially to purchase a 50cm television on Saturday 16th may. Several elderly people were there before 7am, as was I, & we got our trolleys & waited patiently. Doors opened at 8am & to our disgust, several people barged past up & took every tv available. Aldi staff advised us to pop over to nth tweed store, but all tvs were gone when we reached there.Please know that I realise it is NOT the fault of Aldi . I wonder perhaps though, if tickets could be handed out to those who wait for at least an hour, only to be disregarded by younger, fitter people who haven't lined up & push past us oldies. Your staff were very apologetic.
When I left the store I observed one young person loading 3 tvs on to his ute, with his friends . Just seemed so unfair. I trust you will understand that this feedback is not a complaint about Aldi, just the way your 'specials' are being abused. Yours sincerely, Jenn Sheehan

I put an order in to Aldi... it went thru Instacart.. ... I later canceled the order but now I have two additional charges from Instacart from some San Francisco Aldi for $85.00 & another Instacart for $145.00!! I tried calling Instacart to report the fraud & there is an 87 minute wait time to talk to an associate & tried calling Aldi but they don't give out local store phone numbers!! I called my bank & they are reporting my card stolen but not sure if I'll get my $$ back! Soooooooo pissed! Don't use Aldi delivery or pick up!!!!

Very bad experience, as I was informed goods will be delivered today when I ordered. Today at around 3 pm, I received text messages that some goods are out of stock and money will be refunded to me, However, there are still 12 items will be sent to me within an hour. Now, it's already 7:05 pm, no delivery at all. I tried to contact Aldi by logging in with my email address and was told no such account. I am going to have no grocery to eat tomorrow. I don't know what to do.

I love Aldi's prices and most of the products. Recently, however, I bought a vacuum sweeper, used it three times and it quit on me. I'm so disappointed. I'll stick with just the foods from now on.

Aldi in Seffner, FL. The flyer advertises Hass avocados for $0.39 and they don't have it. Only bags of "Organic" Hass avocados 4 in the pack for $3.99. Pricing is confusing in the cooler, I happen to call a friend to find out what what's the price for a tray of wrapped cheese in cold meats that he likes, like on Who Wants To Be A Millionaire. He knows everything. Then I bought it. I always had compliments for ALDI and since a while ago I am having my concerns about it. During remodeling in a store still open for business), in Brandon, FL, meats were left in coolers not properly set or not keeping the right temperature. I felt a little disgusted about buying meats again in there. Today also, I asked for horseradish and the reason they don't have it is because it is "a seasonal" item. I had to go to a real groceries store, Publix in the case.

The ALDI in Farmlngton MO are letting all kinds of animals in the store! Today around 12:30pm there was a bird in a hand, walking around the person's back. I said something about the fact I didn't like an animal like that when I shop. I was informed that ALDI let's all kinds of animals in the store. If this is the policy I can not shop at ALDI! I been shopping there when you only took cash!

wanted to buy 4 lb of butter today along with numerous other items I get to the shek house then they tell me it's a limited 3 on the butter I said it will go ahead and you know I didn't even know it was on sale and just charge me the full price I just need four things a pound of butter cuz I do I'm at baking today now I have to go down to another store 5 miles away to go get one pound of butter that's kind of stupid did you guys have a merry Christmas I'll just make sure next time I just goes to the other store

Yesterday Aldis charged me twice for my $313 grocery bill. There are 2 transactions when I checked my bank account. I am beyond upset that I have no way of speaking to a person to have this fixed. It's Christmas and $313 is in no way shape or form a small amount of money. This will cause us to be overdrawn. I emailed Aldis first thing this morning and still have not been replied to.
