I shop at the Monrovia CA store and am handicapped so I use the power carts. Somebody stole one as due to lack of customer service the employees dont help me bag my groceries also don't follow you out and retrieve the carts. I have to always bring some one to help me or i end up in tears trying to bag and load my car. This is not ok. Please change policy.

I just visited our local Aldi in New Castle, In. So impressive, fresh made salads and fruit to grab for lunch. Wide aisles, fresh meats .
Love everything about the new remodel. Well, then I use the restroom. Nothing changed. Tiles near the floor, dirty or moldy, not sure which.
The girls keep it as clean as they can, but it is aged. I cannot believe you are spending Billions on building new stores and remodels and not touching restrooms, what a disgrace. Someone high up listen up, little kids are running around in this filthy bathroom.
Water fountain? Not on your life would I drink from it.

Although I have shopped at Aldi for around 10 years, things may have changed today...It is Nov. 20, and I came home right after visiting Aldi, right now it is 4:20pm...I only state this because I didn't get the cashiers name. I did not rent a cart since I was getting 1 thing, well of course I found and bought several items. The lady in front of me was returning something and took cash for it. My turn came and while walking up to the register area, a 5 dollar bill kind of flew between the register and me, I caught it and asked the cashier if it belonged to the register or the lady wanting cash that was on her way out...the cashier just grabbed it and stuck it back in the cash register, no thanks or calling the women back to ask her if she had gotten all her money back. So I check out had a friendly conversation with the cashier, since I didn't bring in a cart, he put all my things in the empty cart by him. He then pushed it over to his left and brought the people behind me cart over by him to fill with their groceries. I have never been given a cart when I didn't bring one in, so I thought he was being nice to let me gather up my things, I did and then put the cart close to the one he was filling with groceries so as they would move their full cart away, he could pull the empty one over....just like they always do. Instead, while I was leaving, I heard "maam" you cannot leave that cart here, I turned around walking back over to him, I said I didn't bring a cart in, before I could say anything else he said, Don't care, put it over in front of the other register, I was shocked, the nice man behind me was kind enough to take care of the cart that I did not bring in. This employee of Aldi should be talked to about customer service...I was at the store on 119th and blackbob in Olathe , KS 66062, referring to the date and time stated above, I failed to get his name, he has black hair, facial hair, lot of tattoos on his arm and is not very large, looks like he was close to 30 years old. I believe that you will do the right thing and let the store manager talk to this young man...thank you

Hello,
I just left the Gateway Center Aldi location due to service for which I am not willing to spend money. Two employees created a scene stating that my party of 3 held up the line because we only had ONE item (lemons). I was so surprised and embarrassed that I simply left the line and the lemons. I will never shop at an Aldi's again if that's the way customers are treated.

Hey Aldi! My family just loves shopping at your stores. There's not one in Hartsville Tn, so we drive to a variety of other towns to shop at Aldi. The two main reasons that we started shopping at Aldie were for the low prices, and for the large amount of gluten-free items on the shelves. Recently though, we have noticed that our favorite items no longer have the gluten-free label on the boxes. This prevents us from buying those items at your store any longer. My children and I have extreme gluten intolerance. I was just wondering if you could reassure me That everything is still gluten-free, and start putting it back on the boxes. Or if you could consider bringing that back. Thank you so much for everything you do. Sincerely, Stephanie Urick

I love your stores. I've been a loyal customer for over 10 years. Recently due to health issues I'm having to use Instacart. They are HORRIBLE! Please consider contracting with another company. On the first order, my credit card information was compromised and on my order today, I was charged for an item that I didn't receive and overcharged for another item. Their answer is to credit me on a future order. Please for the love of God and all that is holy, get a different delivery service.

I frequent many ALDIs stores in the Tulsa area and had a really bad experience last night at the 21st and 129th street store last night. A second checker was called to check out customers I was second in line and the young man took my apples and slammed them into o my cart . I said why did you do that? He said I didnt do anything. I said I spent time picking out that bag of apples and did not want them bruised. Then he continued to throw all my groceries as if he were angry. I asked again why are you throwing everything? He never even acknowledged me. Never said I apologize and even the manager walked by as this was happening. I said who is the manager? So one guy pointed to another and I said this is ridiculous. He offered to get me a different bag if apples and did. I told him just bc you got me a different bag of apples doesnt excuse the checker acting that way. I said I dont believe Ill ever comeback to this store. And the manager said that would be fine with me. Was awful how they treated me as a women and senior citizen. It was horrible.
They both blatantly dont care. I think they should at the very least be sent to school to be taught how to treat ppl. I spend a lot of money in your stores and they we RUDE and dismissive.

I have been reading the Aldi review! Your latest article regarding Zero Net Carb bread by L'Oven Fresh made me happy to see that this will become a regular item! I have been to several local stores in the greater Cleveland area. The latest one today told me don't believe what the Aldi Review writes! It's disheartening to hear one of your employees disregard your writings! Can you please let me know if I can order the bread on line? I am very disappointed!

You need to speak to the company that makes your bread, last month and the month before, I purchased 6 loaves of bread each time. Both times, the middle of the bread looked like it was improperly baked , had an off taste to it, and you could see where it had a dry-doughy look. When the bread is made right, it's delicious, but for now, unfortunately, I am buying my bread at another store

I had bought a Visage four days ago and I brought it home and did not think it worked so I took it back down to the Aldi's East Peoria Illinois store and told them it wasn't working. Got a replacement brought it home and held the power button down until the light and temperature came on and it worked fine I did not do that with the one I took back I thought you just pressed it and on it went but that's not the case you must hold the power button down until the light comes on so please if you can get ahold of your store in the East Peoria tell them not to throw that away it isn't perfectly good running condition. I am so sorry for the inconvenience but I just had to let you know so it does not go to waste.

I called in to Aldi on burton rd In derby town a few times and the staff seem to feel that buying a large amount of wine is a problem and I need to order it . I run a pub and your wine is nice wine I feel if I wanted to order it I would ask the reason I call into a store is because I want to buy it off the shelf . I was asked not to buy to much as it would make it off sale . Surely a sale is what a seller is looking for the manager seems to want to tell me what I can buy . I could not imagine telling my customers what to drink if they wanted gin and I only had half a bottle would I ask them to drink vodka . No it would not happen surly if your off sale learn to stock more . I'm very disappointed I spend £250 a time and Chaddesden's Aldi have never turned my custom away so I'm very unhappy to say the least

We love the store. Great prices and great products! I'm having a hard time finding my chocolate caramel coffee creamer tho. They got me hooked on it and now they tell me that it's seasonal. Why is that? Please think about making it a regular product.
Thank you!

The Rensselaer New York store is not a professional or sanitary store. The fruit was very spoiled with an infestation of flies last week. Most fruit was moldy and/or damaged with flies in or around it. Today a woman was returning a pineapple that she had opened that was rotten inside. The cashier ( all the way to the left when looking at resisters from inside store) at 1230pm only register open- was rude to the woman and me the customer before the woman. The cashier yelled at me to leave "her" cart that she had put my groceries in. I was moving to the side to bag my groceries and she yelled at me about the cart then demanded I leave it. I grabbed all of the groceries and moved to the side and bagged it then she stomped off her chair swing the cart around and mumbled some obscenity under her breath. She then went on to yell at the woman about her spoiled pineapple. This was extremely unprofessional and absolutely inappropriate. This woman should be terminated and the fruit needs to be monitored.

On 8/5/2019 at approximately 9:45P I was at Aldi located at 1501 Rockville Pike in Rockville MD. While I was there I stood in a long line with 10+ other guest. I would not have mind it as much but its too often I come into the store and there is only 1 lane is open but several people working on the floor. This time would not have been different then any other time but on this occasion I told witness to an argument between a customer and an employee. I really did not see or even know how the argument started but I heard the loud voices coming from the next isle over. I heard the male wearing a yellow shirt walk toward the check out lane saying "You need to be more respectful" and then overhearing another voice female (apparently employee) say "You need to be respectful" there was other things being said between the two but it was uncomfortable. With everything that is going on in this county with shootings you really don't know when something will erupt and to hear an employee argue with a customer and get louder and keep talking after the customer has walked away there has to be some professional somewhere. Employees have to take the high road and in this case the employee did not and was worse then any customer. I will say I don't know what the customer may have said but still it couldn't have been to that degree for the employee to argue and continue to argue. She could have just helped out as a checker.

Please have more than one checker available at any given time. I have been there in the morning and evening and its always 1 checker.
On a positive note I would like to say the fresh meats are some of the best in the area and the prices are reasonable.
