I dont know how they are saying that the day. before my service comes on I'm going to tamper with my box I paid a three hundred and fifty dollar deposit,Also I cried when I got my account number so if I was gonna mess with the box I wouldnt wait till the day before its suppose to come on after almost freezing to death during that cold snap, Give me a damn break so there trying to charge me 117$ reconnect feeb

I called on July first to schedule an ac tune up. It was the twentieth of July before it was assigned to anyone. I checked with Russell and son to see when he had me scheduled and he didn't get back to me. I checked with him again and his truck had broken down. He said he would get to me asap. I called OG&E and asked to have someone else do the tune up and to have whoever was overseeing the plan to call me. No one did! So the middle of August I called OG&E and told them to take my name off the plan. I mean summers over now. So after a month and a half nothing happened. I'm sure I'm not the only person this happened to. It sure makes OG&E look bad. It would be nice if someone would call and Apologize.

I'm not happy with service I got a email saying bill was due in one day came home no service payed my bill 5minutees or so after five half to wait till tomorrow I think that's bull not happy with this at all

If I could have another Electrical Company to hook me up, I surely would. We have been waiting now for well over five weeks for electricity, and now they tell us it's going to be another two and a half weeks? There's absolutely nothing that good of this company, the customer service sucks. They're rude and hateful and they know nothing

At Approximately 8:25pm, I was headed west bound on hwy 109, in between Subiaco and Scranton. An OG&E company truck had swerved multiple times across the median going east bound towards Clarksville. I turned around and followed. They continued to swerve across the median, exceeded speed limits of 65mph around �¢curves. The license plate number is 3BG856.

My electricity has been down for over 45 minutes now (my bill is current, no issues there).
Since it's after hours, I'm unable to reach a human being when I call the "Report Outage" Number. Instead, I am getting an automated recording informing me that they, "Are aware of the outage. This is part of a planned maintenance in this area..." However, I'm looking outdoors at all the Christmas and street lights on in houses next to mine, so a planned maintenance on my house only?.... Also, why are they doing "Planned Outages" when it's dark outside and the weather is in the 40's?"

I just tried to call customer service about some tree trimming issues in my yard and they're system is "down". they said to call back in an hour. it's concerning when your electric utility's "system is down".

Do you have any idea of how many times our electric has been out this year? If you look it's over 20 times! Please rebuild our neighborhood system! Thanks

Og&e is the.worst power company I have ever seen. Its like living in a third world country. Power outages every week. What excuse vould you have? Its windy or its cold? Actually its just a piece of crap company that should have its MONOPOLY revoked!

It is quite obvious OG&E does not realize we are their customer and not the other way around. If I treated my customers the way they do I wouldn't be in business for long. I guess that is what you get with a monopoly. Sure wish Eufaula OK. had an option for electric providers. I simply wanted to start service at an existing location and all I got were reasons why they could not do it. None of which made any sense. I have 30+ years of commercial and residential service with OG&E. The customer service rep. even asked for my SS# so they know they aren't dealing with a dead-beat. Come on OG&E wise up!

I am horrified at your customer service. Waiting for days to get service turned on and have paid the deposit - -but nothing. Cant get through on your automated system....just some horrible drum music that annoys me. I have roofers waiting in motels for you to get service turned on. But none of us can get through your system. Ridiculous!!!!

Customer service is a joke. Twice I have held for over 20 minutes and then the music stops and you are disconnected. The Telephone tree assumes the only thing you want to question is about the service to your house. Is it possible there is something else that you could need to inquire about, not related to your home service?

after the last storm oge workers came and cut trees off their lines in the alley and there is a pile about 12 feet high and no one can get down the alley fire trucks city workers. no one. are they coming back to finish this job. can't get nobody on the phone

Have tried calling OGE for 4 days and can't get a live person. Only music. If I wanted to listen to music I turn on the radio. There customer service is beginning to suck, Ya call corporation commission and they can't do anything, Why should ou taxes pay for a position then.

I live at My side of sky park does not have power and has been without power for 7 hours. I have tried to get og and e to help us but they do not care because it's just a few houses effected. My food is spoiling in my refrigerators. I am fed up with og and e. This happens every time it storms. Someone had better call me or reply to this email.

My daughter is on a breathing machine and I just got paid today and it wont let me pay idk what to do there are no customer service reps!!!

Totally ridiculous and unprofessional. An operator named, "Benjamin", answered and asked how he could help me. I proceeded to tell him that I'm attempting to pay my bill online as I do every month but the site is not working properly once logged on. He said, "Hold on one moment." 15 minutes later, I am still on hold. He never came back on to say, "Sorry for your wait or Thank you for holding...this is the situation, etc..." I don't have all day to sit and wait for an customer service rep who might or might not come back because I work for a living and can't be on the phone all morning. I still cannot log on and pay my bill so if I am given a penalty for a late payment, they will hear from me again!

Tried logging in to OGE.com and it took me to an encrypted notice. I am trying to get a copy of my current bill and I can't get logged in. Each time I log in it asks me to log in again. Please check out your site as something is wrong. Thanks.

Your portal is screwed up. It has me login, then I hit pay bill and it tells me to log in again. Every time I log in it tells me to log in. It doesn't tell me my log in is incorrect just to log in. I can't pay my bill if it won't let my log in go thru! It's Sunday and I started trying to pay it on Saturday March 26th. I've been paying this way for a year,but now it's broken! Frustrating!

You need to have a person who is available on the weekends so issues can be reached without any money or penaltyfor a customer like me work during the business week.

Bad experience last ice storm. Our power went out day after Christmas (before ice storm hit). Called it in immediately. For some reason there are only 4 customers on our line. The next day the storm hit and many customers were out of power. My gripe is we should have had it restored before storm hit. OG&E has policy to restore greatest no. of customers in an area first. Since our line only has 4 on it, we were put at bottom of list for power restoration even though our outage happened before ice storm hit. On the third day without power, my husband saw burned out fuse hanging from our pole. He called OG&E again and told them. They finally came out and replaced the fuse.
It's not our fault that only 4 people are on a line. It doesn't seem right that we had to wait 3 days to have burned out fuse replaced.
