Bad experience last ice storm. Our power went out day after Christmas (before ice storm hit). Called it in immediately. For some reason there are only 4 customers on our line. The next day the storm hit and many customers were out of power. My gripe is we should have had it restored before storm hit. OG&E has policy to restore greatest no. of customers in an area first. Since our line only has 4 on it, we were put at bottom of list for power restoration even though our outage happened before ice storm hit. On the third day without power, my husband saw burned out fuse hanging from our pole. He called OG&E again and told them. They finally came out and replaced the fuse.
It's not our fault that only 4 people are on a line. It doesn't seem right that we had to wait 3 days to have burned out fuse replaced.
