Totally ridiculous and unprofessional. An operator named, "Benjamin", answered and asked how he could help me. I proceeded to tell him that I'm attempting to pay my bill online as I do every month but the site is not working properly once logged on. He said, "Hold on one moment." 15 minutes later, I am still on hold. He never came back on to say, "Sorry for your wait or Thank you for holding...this is the situation, etc..." I don't have all day to sit and wait for an customer service rep who might or might not come back because I work for a living and can't be on the phone all morning. I still cannot log on and pay my bill so if I am given a penalty for a late payment, they will hear from me again!
