OG&E sucks. Multiple power outages, slow response time, customer service is non existent. The power has gone out 4 times since the ice storm a month ago...its out again today. Not sure what the problem is. I'm very tired of paying for a service with this many problems.
To bad oge can't let customers with power outages know what they are doing great to fix it or give a time line for repairs. I realize repairmen are doing all they can, but your lack of communication is quite irritating, especially in this day and age. It reflects poorly on your company.
I recently had a weatherization done by a Paul's Valley company that was sent thru OG&E program. They put new CFL light bulbs in throughout the house. The only problem was I had 2 dimmer switches. They would blink when off. I Google it & the results didn't sound good so I put back in my old bulbs till I can get a new dimmer switch for CFL'S. Just thought you should be aware!
We currently was recipient of OG&E home Weatherzation Program. We just want to say thank you and how much we appreciated the service.
We knew we needed some things done but were unable to afford at this time due to health reason and fixed income. We can't tell you how we appreciated it. HIRE MORE HELP!!! Customer Service wait time is ridiculous!!! I'm still on hold after 30 MINUTES!!! Every time I call, I get the same "we are currently experiencing long hold times" recording. And, to have the recording tell us to call back later in the day or week?? HAHA...we get the same damn recording!! Doesn't that tell you something??????? NOT ENOUGH HELP!!!!!! What is wrong with you people??? THEN...I was transferred and had to wait AGAIN!!!!! I HATE THIS COMPANY!!!! VERY unprofessional service.
OG&E service sucks !!! Today 10/11/14 called at 4pm to report a power outage in Shawnee neiborhood.... Waited over an hour and no one shows , I call again and lady says he is just now on his way , with no explanation on way it's taken over a our to respond !!! Then says there are 1100 people without power , exactly my point , why are you farting around ... Get your asses here and get the problem fixed !!! Isn't that one of your out rageous charges !!!! Get moving guys , hell I have MS and a fractured ankle and can move faster then your !!!!!
They will come out in groups without letting you know and show up in your backyard. I look out the sliding glass door and there are three grown men in my yard, staring back into my house at me. They never have to tell you if they are there, why they are there, or what they are doing. Since there is nothing holding them to a standard of respect for the homeowners, they show none. I have started calling the police and holding the workers in my yard until the police show up to check them out Everytime. Maybe this will teach them that it is easier and quicker to just show a little respect. Good luck to everyone else. This is the most disrespectful, unorganized power company that I have ever have the distinct unprivilege to watch doing their jobs from the comfort of my own couch.
