What kind of a corporation delivers the recall parts to the dealership and doesn't include the special nut to complete the installation!!!! What is wrong with this company ?

To the people of Hot Springs, AR. If you are in the situation to buy a new car, don't go to the Riser Chrysler dealer, they have the worst customer service l have been. I called the factory and they hung up on me and don't want to answer anymore! It was a lady who answered, her name it's Maria! Shame on them!

I have called this company repeatedly about taking my number off of their list and they keep saying that they can't take it off without a name and I am not giving them my name, because my name isn't associated with a Chrsyler..

I called customer service on 10/06/22.A case was opened #84310193 by a very polite representive. My case had to be handled by a manager, and I was assured someone would call me within 24 hours. No one called so I called back, talked to another polite person who assured me someone would call me back within 24 hours. I told them I had already heard that and asked to be connected to a supervisor. I was told no supervisor was in, so I asked for a number to call myself and was told they were not allowed to give out that information. I then asked to be connected to someone above them and was told they are not allowed to do that. I called a different customer service number,explained my situation, was told someone would contact me within an hour. No call. Called again, told someone would call me within 24 hours. No call. I
guess I will have to start calling again next week. I wonder if they think I will go away if customer care continues to ignore me. I will not.

I am very unhappy with the service. My car has been in the shop for a MONTH now and they claim
The part is on "BACK ORDER " but can't or won't give an ETA on this. I am an every day BLUE COLLAR worker and my time on my rental is up and I can not afford to pay out of pocket. I will be taking my complaint to the BBB

Case # 82419304. All our calls to the 800 number have not been responded. We have had a vehicle at Walnut Creek Dodge for months now waiting on your group. We need this resolved ASAP. Thank you

We had Chrysler's roadside assistance have a towing company tow our almost brand new Durango to the dealer 2 months ago because it would not start. The towing company they contracted damaged our car. I made a report immediately but never heard from anyone. After 2 weeks I called back and was told that no claim handler has been assigned. And I had to resubmit the photos and estimate again because they claim they didn't receive them. Finally a claim handler called one time but didn't leave a voicemail. She sent an email and I have since left her 4 voicemails over the last few weeks. She never answers the phone and has never called me back. My vehicle needs fixed. This is very poor customer service. I will not be paying for this damage when my lease is up. I have purchased or leased numerous vehicles from Chrysler over the last 11 years but this will be the last if this is not handled. Claim handlers name is Kendra Widmer. Some one needs to call me at 419-280-1500 or 567-277-3585

After waiting to hear from the service Department at South Strand Chrysler in Pawleys Island SC about a recall. Finally had to call them. Service called and scheduled for the part to be replaced. On voicemail which I still have they said the part was in and scheduled an appointment. Drove from out of town and dropped car off only to get a call that the part was not in. Only answer was sorry.
That is the only truth told they are SORRY.
The Dealer is South Strand Chrysler in Pawleys Island South Carolina.
This doesn't make me want to buy or recommend a Chrysler product if this is your idea of service to the customer

Customer service is of little to no help when you have a major problem
with their product. Warranty is a joke, they will try to blame repair on anything they can find not to cover the problem. Forcing people to lodge a complaint with the state. This is the last Chrysler vehicle this family will ever buy.

Dodge Rams from 09 to 18 have a serious design flaw in the engine block making the lifters go bad and eventually the camshaft that's what happened to me and it also seems like Chrysler does not care to get back to any of their disappointed customers I'm requesting a buy back from them but have not heard back from them I was told 2 request a buyback from Chrysler by my lawyer but they have failed to return any of my calls

I just think you need to know. There are alot of dodge rams on the road shutting down while driving, or no starts or cranks and dies, my 2012 ram 3500 has shut down 3 times while driving down the highway. My wife is no longer allowed to drive it. Problem seems to be in the WIN module. Major costly repair.

I bought a Jeep thru a small car dealer who she bought it off of Chrysler Jeep in Titusville Fl it's been over a year I've tried to do something when I had the Jeep took it to a mechanic to get tires and wheel alignment. He bought me to the lift and said I'm sorry it's impossible. The whole underneath car was totally rusted out engine was tilted so I called a Chrysler supervisor and he said he would take care of it and pay the finance co. 3500.00 to mariner finance well Tamera first person who opened and now has closed the case said nobody would ever do that without the Jeep payed off. Well if I had that kind of money I would have bought it straight out I got it at the time of my mom done the street being sick she's 86 I take care of her at the time I had a Ford 150 and my dad's Chrysler mini van I traded in for something more comfortable well dad died things got busy now I can't find the gentleman I spoke who said he would help me out. I'm dealing with mold in my house landlord screwing me on that . I don't know wat to do

Afraid I can't anything good. Love my previous Chrys minivans so was excited about my 2017 Pacifica. Bummer! Not so much the car but Chrys dealers. An oil leak was id'd. Autonation in Centennial CO said is was a PCV valve. (Went to Autonation because their Toyota service across the street was exceptional. However, their Chrysler dealership is a problem child, i.e., poor customer interaction, waiting room, etc.) They "fixed" it but my oil change guy id'd another oil leak in 6 weeks. Took it to Medved in Castle Rock CO next (another problem child). At least Medved had a new building but the customer service was worse than before. There was no shuttle service d/t COVID but no one had a mask on although several had one hanging around their neck. Had to ask them to actually put it on while talking with me. The service agent was sitting in her car but couldn't be bothered to discuss my service issues or next step. The service manager came over unmasked and ask if the service agent had explained all the fees for not completing the repair. When I responded "yes", he responded that another service agent would help - another person who came up unmasked. He couldn't complete the service fee in a protected area because it was "shut down" so took me to an open terminal 4 ft from another unmasked agent so we could complete the transaction. He insisted he had given me my key but found it under all the paperwork on his "spotless" desk. He didn't know where my car was and looked dumbfounded as to finding it. Couldn't get out of there fast enough. Won't return to another Chrysler dealer in the Denver area if I can avoid!

Chrysler absolutely sucks & of course you can't reach anyone or contact anyone who can help. A bunch of big wigs sitting back collecting checks while they sell us crappy broken cars but no way to get in touch with them to address it!

Recently I took my Chrysler 200 to the dealer for a misfire in the engine. They told me on Saturday that it would need a new head and cam and it was a month out of warranty but under on mileage so they would call Chrysler on Monday to get an approval which wouldn't be a problem due to it's a common problem with that engine and it was only a month past the warranty ending and was still under on mileage. They had no answer for me on Monday then on Tuesday evening I got a call saying it would not be covered due to the amount of owners before me. This was never discussed and this is going to be a $2000 bill for a car that I've only had for six months. once again a problem with this dealership And dodge Chrysler in general.

I recently purchased a 2018 300 Limited sedan to replace my 2006 300C that I had for 13 years. I loved my 300C.
I did not notice, when test driving the 2018 because of overcast skies, that there was a reflection off of the side vents onto the side windows (driver and passenger). The reflection really interferes with a safe and clear rear view sight in the side mirrors. Is there a possible fix for this issue that can offer a better view of approaching cars from behind my car.

I called almost two weeks ago because while I was on vacation the gas line in my 2018 Pacifica Hybrid developed a leak. I had to leave the vehicle in Louisville, over three hours from my home. Thinking it would be a few days at most, I rented a car and left some of the dog show equipment in the van. A couple of days later I got the news that the part wasn't expected for two weeks. The dealer arranged for me to keep the rental car and I called Chrysler customer support. The case manager called back once and claimed to have checked with the dealer, Today I ou do out (frommthe dealer) the part was delayed another week. When I called my case manager again (my first call was never returned), he didn't even know the part number. Clearly Chrysler is no longer making the quality of car they used to and they don't care much about their customers either. Worse yet, the representative started telling me how the line could have been damaged by normal service!

You might as well call cloud 9. They say they can't handle dealership complaints, or actual OWNERS who talk so nasty and hang up on you. Here is the review post many other places that can not be handled by Chrysler Care:
If you want the worst customer service and a little abuse visit Wolfchase Chrysler Service Department. I took my car in after they probably broke something when changing my heater core and my air conditioner now is not working. I took it in at 7 a.m. on Monday morning at 8:15 a.m. they knew they could not service my car. They waited until 2:15 to call me so I could not get it serviced anywhere else that day and denied me shuttle service at 2:15 because the shuttle service stopped at 2 pm. I then told them I was going to have to ride my bike up to Wolfchase to retrieve my car and I guess that was okay with them because me and my bad knee and the bike rack for my car on my back pedaled my bicycle 5 miles to pick up my vehicle as I stood in there waiting to find out about what was going to go down and why they didn't call me at 8:15 they did not offer water, a chair and then they lied and said they had a hundred AC tickets to call. Do you believe that Wolfchase Chrysler had a hundred cars in there to service their air conditioners that day? This was Derek the manager of the store that blatantly lied to me. and did not care that I was in there on my bicycle on a 90-degree day after they could have told called me at 8:15 and I could have had shuttle service. Brian the service manager was rude and inconsiderate and no more help and JC Auffenberg, after I asked him to call from Michigan, totally verbalized his side and hung up on me, he could care less what I had to say to him. If you want to be used and the worst customer service ever available in the world especially if you're a female go to Wolfchase Chrysler.

Chrysler RT 18 East Brunswick, NJ give you a hard time on recalls. They claim they fix the issue but they don't then they waste your time because constantly you have to come back. They act like you have an attitude but it's them because they be questioning you like it's not their fault.

When I bought my new 2014 ram I was lied to about the truck from day one. I was told I was buying an 8 speed, got a 6 speed. I was told 30 days after I picked it up I would have my remote start, went a whole winter without one. Now my hoods paint is rusting and Chrysler will do nothing about it.5 year paint warranty my ---. First and last Chrysler product I will deal with.Too bad because I do like the truck but warranty and customer service is not worth it. After 28 Fords I guess trying a Chrysler product was a mistake.

I recently bought my dream car...2005 pt cruiser, love this car, except for one common problem. Constant over heating, I have contacted many websites which view this as a continuous problem. Is this something chrusler is fixing or is this a constant $2000.00 dealership repair? My dream car is now crap!!

I had my vehicle serviced at Hawk Chrysler in Forest Park, IL.Oscar the service writer was the most unreliable person I have ever met.He was supposed to order a part for me that take 48 hours to order. Instead it to 30 days.
When I saw him no apology or explanation.

I'm interested in converting my 2005 300 2.7 to 3.5 is this possible. The
2.7 has to many problems and it cost to much to repair and their warrant are not worth spending $3500.00 for a new block

Why won't you admit and commit to fixing all FIAT'S with the PCM modules. Have been without vehicle for 3 wks. Car would not start, STILL will not start.
I am a disabled veteran and I am on a fixed income.
I feel you are a dishonest and negligent company. One person says it is covered by extended warranty others say not. No one seems to care nor are they willing to help unless I pay for another tow and then still no guarantee on warranty. BAD BUSINESS TACTICS. I will fix this car then I WILL SELL THE PIECE OF CRAP!!!! Never will deal with Chrysler Fiat again. Company is about as crooked as VW!

YOUR COMPANY KNOWS THIS PROBLEM EXISTS and YOU CONTINUALLY SWEEP IT UNDER THE RUG.

Chrysler customer service is a joke. They tell you the same thing over and over. We will take your name and number and have a case manager call you. They never call back. My brand new Charger Scat Pack has software issue a and now the battery went dead. It's at the dealership and they contacted Dodge who said they are aware the chargers s have issyes but don't have a fix for the software issues in the 2018's They may have a fix in early 2018. Dodge should be ashamed to put out vehicles they know have major problems
