I called almost two weeks ago because while I was on vacation the gas line in my 2018 Pacifica Hybrid developed a leak. I had to leave the vehicle in Louisville, over three hours from my home. Thinking it would be a few days at most, I rented a car and left some of the dog show equipment in the van. A couple of days later I got the news that the part wasn't expected for two weeks. The dealer arranged for me to keep the rental car and I called Chrysler customer support. The case manager called back once and claimed to have checked with the dealer, Today I ou do out (frommthe dealer) the part was delayed another week. When I called my case manager again (my first call was never returned), he didn't even know the part number. Clearly Chrysler is no longer making the quality of car they used to and they don't care much about their customers either. Worse yet, the representative started telling me how the line could have been damaged by normal service!
