I have a Magellan Roadmate 1700-MU purchased November 8, 2010. It quit working recently and I have had no satisfaction from phone nor internet support. The phone conversation identified that the GPS is indeed not working, but would not give any address nor return instructions. When I went to the internet they wanted a $30.00 fee I guess, for just giving me the information. After this runaround I will never buy a Magellan product again. Peter L. Peterson
