I placed an online delivery order directly through the Subway app, not door dash or uber eats, none of that, directly through the Subway app. I waited for my order that never came but, said in the tracker that it was delivered. My order was $23.10 and, I want a full refund. My card was charged and, i never received any food. I called the location (Veterans Memorial, Mabelton GA store 2331) and the guy who answered the phone told me, "We dont have any control over delivery, and we are really busy right now, there's nothing I can do". I am furious at the lack of customer service and care coming out of that location. For $23.10 I believe a response better than that, should be in order. I want my money back immediately. If this is the service you get for $23.10 there NO WAY, i would order or recommend a catering order. I WANT MY MONEY BACK NOW
