My husband purchased a drone that did not work when he opened the package. Call Vivitar the customer service team there told me to send it back as it was within the first 30 days of purchase and they would replace it at no charge. Sent the product back and Customer Support told me allow 2-3 weeks to receive the replacement. Never received the drone this is now the 4th week not including the weekends. Call and its always allow 2 days extra because they are behind. Total calls have been 5 times and just get the runaround. Very Disappointed with Vivitar.
