I am a loyal customer who owns 4 Stihl products and has always found them reliable. I bought a professional grade pole saw, used it four time the following year , stored as per recommendation put in Stihl gas and it wouldn't run smoothly. The first dealer told me the compression was shot, the second told me the carb was flooding and I needed another, a $350 fix.
Stihl online warranty says 2 years yet they say my warranty is expired. Do you think it's OK for a professional grade pole saw to last four uses? Customer services just blows me off.
