My 1st try:
After waiting about a minute the hold music stopped, I could hear someone pick up the phone, I said hello and then the background noise stopped so I'm assuming they put the phone on mute.

My 2nd try:
A lady picked up, 1 minute into our conversation I told her I wanted to cancel, and then she immediately hung up. (Are you serious?)

My 3rd try:
Demanded a supervisor as soon as someone picked up. The rep (Katrina) assured me I didn't need to speak to a supervisor. She canceled my account... finally.

Three times the charm I guess.
