We purchased an LG refrigerator from Home Depot August of last year. The craft ice maker hasn't worked properly from day 1. We have had 4 repairs and the unit still is not making ice. My husband and I have been on the phone with LG some many times I have lost count. Every time we speak with someone in customer service they say, " I'm not sure why but I will have someone call you". We have heard this over 10 times and have NEVER received a return call. The last (fourth ) time the tech came to repair the unit he said the unit will be replaced and the RA department will be calling us. Once again we have NEVER received a return call from anyone at LG. Last week I invested over 3 hours on hold with customer service to hear once again, " I'm not sure why but someone will call you back". Of course I still haven't received a call back. On 12-30 I spoke with Jasmine from LG and she said she wasn't sure why the unit has not exchanged but would look into it. She discovered the RA was rejected because someone entered it in wrong. She corrected the problem and said I will receive a call back within 5 days. It's 1-10-22 and once again I'm on the phone with LG . It'll been 52 minutes so far on hold to the RA department and I'm still waiting. Not only is this the absolute worst service I have ever received but the most unhonest company I ever dealt with. I guess the most upsetting thing about this is all the time we've invested only to hear the hold message, " we understand your time is valuable, we're working hard to personally respond to your call as soon as we can. STILL ON HOLD.
