My 65" LG Tv is 5 months old and the remote stopped working. 3 weeks ago I chatted with a LG rep and she determined the remote was bad and it would be replaced. I called 2 weeks later when I still had not received it and I was told the remote wasn't sent because you did not have my full address. When I was on the chat with your rep I wrote out my address. However, if you didn't have my address why wasn't I contacted to give you the full address.....poor customer service. I then talked to another rep who assured me that because I had already waited so long a remote would be fed exes to me and I would have it in 3 days. Today I still don't have the remote and I spoke to another rep who said it was sent by UPS and I should have it next week. Don't worry your reps are all very polite, that seems to be the only thing important to you. It isn't about resolving the issue. I understand things happen and parts need to be replaced, in fact I was very understanding when this happened but your lack of customer service by not following through has made this even more frustrating.
