Good afternoon! I have been a customer of American Home Shield since 2003. I have placed a service request on my AC unit since 2006 every year. Every year Greenway comes out to patch it and make it operational for the summer then it goes out again not cooling. My understanding is after 3 service calls for the same problem the unit is replaced. I am concerned that the lack of professionalism is due to demographics. When I purchased my home in 2003 I was told that AHS was the best...I would like the address or phone number of someone in corporate that I can communicate with please. Enough is enough I have invested too much money.
