made a purchasse online was told it was in stock and that it would be delivered via next business day delivery. well 5:00 pm est it still wasnt shipped so i did a live chat and got 5 different answers.. so i called in and talked to a csr (after 47 minutes on hold) and she first said it would be on time then said it would be 3-5 weeks then said she had no clue . she refused to get a supervisor. she also told me i could cancel the order oand rebuy it for pick up instaed of delivery but that would have cost me $80 plus tax more than what i already paid i will never do business with them again
