Mr. Coffee has the WORST customer service of any company I have ever encountered. After a month of use, the product stopped working. I called the customer service line and was on hold for over 1/2 hour. When I finally spoke to a representative, I sent a photo of the product and the sales receipt, as requested by the rep. I was promised a new machine within 7-10 business days. When it did not arrive after 3 weeks, I called again and had to wait another 20 minutes and was told they had no record of what I sent. I sent the information again but received no response. I am now on hold again, for over 24 minutes. THEY SUCK
