On 4/9 , I tried to call customer service twice and was on hold each time for 20+ minutes. Received a notice that my order had been cancelled for 1-3 reasons ! It showed that I ordered 1 skein of yarn for $4.79????
My original order was for a required minimum of 3 skeins per Michael's website plus one small accessory item for a amount $21.36.
I need the entire order cancelled!! $21.36. Not just $4.79.

I checked with the store in Eagan, MN and Nathanan employee found the yarn in stock as indicated on Michael's website! Whoever was responsible for reading and filling the order was clearly incompetent!
YOUR ONLINE ORDERING IN WELL BELOW STANDARD AND YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL!
