Frigidaire will not replace my 77 yr old Mom's AC unit which is 2 yrs old. Spoke with CS rep, were told we could rid of it, and a new one wld be shipped with a letter 2 follow. Never received letter or AC. Clld CS, they told me 2 send in pic of cut cord, but AC unit was already gone. I was basically told, "to bad, so sad", nothing can be done. That is absurd.Mom paid 4 an AC & Frigidaire owes her one. I will not let this rest until one is received.
