I Placed An Order For A Dress On April 29, 2017 For My Wife For An Upcoming Wedding.

My Charge Card Was Billed And I Was Promised The Dress Within 2 Weeks.

Here It Is 3 Weeks Later And No Dress.

I Spoke To 2 Customer Care Supervisors And They Have Told Me That The Dress Has Not Shipped Yet. They Don't Know Where It Is And What Happened To It.

It Seems You People Are Clueless. Once You Get Paid I Guess You Feel You Have Done Your Part.

I Am Sorry I Ever Got Involved With Your Store.

Your Service And Follow Through Is Non -existant.

How Do You Stay In Business?

I Would Like To Know What Happened To The Dress And How You Are Going To Resove This Issue.
