Last night I changed my phone from I5 phone to I7. I have been with you company for over 20 years. Last night when the Verizon people tried to load my email on to the new phone it ask for questions that I set up using over 20 years ago, hence I could not remember all the answers. We tried to call your customer service and 1 person said we had to pay to get access another stated that they could only send it to me by snail mail. I have have been with your company for way to long to be treated like this. My phone and Internet is also with you company. Do I need to change companies so I can get better service. As it is right now I can not get my emails on my new phone.
