Just made my 2nd visit to your Canton, Mi location. I was treated poorly my 1st visit but decided to try again...as Canton store is closer than the Northville store (where I have had good experiences).
Today... I just walked out... leaving all of my would be purchases on the counter. The young lady who waited on my was do rude and unprofessional....I asked a question regarding my coupons and points...then said I wanted to wait for my total to decide which coupon to use and she got angry...walked away and refused to help me....and the manager did not appear to be equipped to really address the situation ..so I left... probably about $60 worth of merchandise on the counter....a long line if people waiting behind me .... watching the scene that YOUR EMPLOYEE created.
I will go to the Northville store...but I wanted someone to know that I don't recall the last time I was treated so rudely. I think her name was Jasmine....and I never did get the managers name...
