I've been in a Michael's store lately and I've seen how the employees seem VERY UNHAPPY & the customers seem to feed of it!! I don't enjoy going there anymore!! There is NO HELP! I pretty much ask a question and the employees act as though they can't help cause they CAN NOT TALK!! I'd rather go to JO ANN'S or HOBBY LOBBY & if you will not make the atmosphere better I will go on Facebook, Google, etc! And let people how you treat the EMPLOYEE'S!!! By the way I saw a manager at the Torrance store timing the cashiers & that's fine but you better be putting in consideration that how many stuff the customer is buying, how big, little, breakable, if the customer might need to change mind cost over bought (might have to take items off), can't find coupon paper or phone! Liked the return line separate, your regular line can get long & after the holiday it could get longer with returns!! Also. How do you know people don't go in & get another same item & return it!! Who is watching if to busy & can't do customer service! Cause a customer can't talk that is rude & NOT FRIENDLY!!! Not sure if have any knowledge cause they are not allowed to talk!! Just over all very unfriendly store!!!
