I ordered 2 chairs 6 months ago. The were first scheduled for delivery in April then May . It is June - no chairs. Of course my credit card has been charged. I have called customer service who referred me to the delivery company who said one of the slipcovers had not arrived. Back to customer service who said the order was complete. My issue is I am leaving (out of the country) and there will be no one to accept the delivery after the next two days. NO ONE accepts any responsibility or seems to be able to help me solve my problem. What a disappointment. I love PB " stuff" but I will look elsewhere the next time I order.
